The WiFi in the room kept cutting out and was a bit better in the lobby. The room was small and dark and the bathroom taps required a lot of effort to shut them off. There was no hair dryer in the room and it took three attempts with the non-English speaking receptionists to borrow one. Douglas on reception who spoke English was very helpful but wasn’t there often. He said the rooms were recently refurbished but they didn’t seem like it. The bar was very poorly stocked-no white wine and no Bohemia or Eisenbahn beer.

Café da manhã excelente em qualidade e variedade. Funcionários eficientes e atenciosos. Boa localização, sendo um bom meio termo entre Boa Viagem e o Recife Antigo. Quarto bom, mas apresentando alguns problemas que não prejudicam o conforto, mas ruins do ponto de vista da sustentabilidade: descarga que não desativava totalmente e frigobar com porta que não fechava. Academia bastante limitada. No geral, uma ótima experiência.

No geral o quarto era aceitável, fiquei com a família e já conhecia o hotel. Fiquei em uma acomodação que o ar condicionado as vezes parava de esfriar e o trinco da porta interno estava caindo, mas nada que atrapalhou muito. Sobre o café da manhã, o cuscuz no segundo dia parecia reaproveitado e o queijo não ser novo. Dessa vez a estadia não foi 100%.

Quartos muito básicos e antigos. Colchão duro de molas, sem sobre colchão e extremamente desconfortável. Só tinham lençol, sem qualquer coberta no quarto para se poder tapar. Alguns interruptores avariados. Barulho terrível, ouve-se tudo dos quartos e corredor. Restaurante com poucas opções e só um funcionário para atender, o que demorou 45minutos para ter a comida e que veio extremamente salgada. Bar da Piscina sem qualquer funcionário, embora anunciem o seu funcionamento. A água da piscina estava completamente turva, o que não indica que seja devidamente limpa. O Funcionário do Check-in passou-nos informações erradas e porque coloquei questões, pois não nos informou de rigorosamente nada sobre o Hotel. Felizmente foi só para passar 2 noites em Recife por necessidade mesmo. Não compreendo como este Hotel tem 4 Estrelas..
