This little hotel was surprisingly fantastic! No frills and a bit dated but very clean, comfortable, good breakfast and wonderful staff. Would definitely stay there again!

Check in was good, the person at the front desk was friendly and professional! I'm sorry I didn't get her name. I went down later to get another coffee pod. She was helpful and friendly again. Room was clean and spacious. Breakfast was similar to other hotels. Would have preferred real bacon to turkey bacon and plain eggs to the omelet. . The couple things we noticed were the lamp shades were rusty? on the inside and the bathtub had been scrubbed so much it looked dirty (it wasn't) Minor things. Price was reasonable and we would stay here again.

The room looks nothing like on the pictures. It’s dark in room and lights are dim in hallways. The air circulates all the time so there is a constant hum or white noise. Service was great and friendly. Entrance is bright and vibrant. Food was ok. Will not be staying here again

Breakfast was good variety of options. Pool with a waterslide but it’s too dark and the hot tub was closed the whole time. Staff was very nice and any problems they solved right away. Room was nice but not what Expedia showed online. Was supposed to have a fireplace but did not.

There was lots of shopping and good restaurants close by. The wall vents in the bathroom really could use a good cleaning and the carpets could use a good cleaning as well or a replaced. The ac in our room rattled , but i figured a way of stopping it. The breakfast was good and hot and for a free breakfast there was lots of options. The beds were a little more on the firm side , but clean and were comfy . We were on front entry side of the hotel and it was very quiet. If we needed anything extra like a blanket or extra coffee , they were very quick to get us what we needed.

Terrible service, rude. Our team was here for a tournament. Adults not allowed to sit in lobby area to visit, said its only for breakfast. We prearranged with the hotel manager to feed the kids there between games, but then told by staff we would have to go outside. Ridiculous! We were quiet, respectful (we also cleaned up after ourselves) and still told we couldn't use the area. Breakfast was poor, ran out of food, coffee, cutlery. Only one staff member trying to keep up and run the front desk. Bad experience. Won't be back!
