We loved this hotel! The staff was so friendly and the location is just a block from the beach. My boyfriend and I got a couples massage at their spa and that was a wonderful relaxing experience. The complimentary full breakfast, evening happy hour and nightly baked cookies was a big plus. We can’t wait to go back!

We had a great experience at the Avenue Inn. They are attentive to the little things that make a stay more convenient. We were surprised at how many guests, including us, showed up every night for a cookie break. We will definitely stay again when back in town!

Close to te beach right on the main drag

Clean, beach feel a block from the boardwalk and beach. Nice sized room. Loved the evening wine and cheese gathering and the 8 pm warm soft cookie. Right near so many restaurants and shops. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Clean and convenient. Only downside was my King Room faced a bar with a live band, * and not the best music, if i'm being honest. If you had kids in the room it would have been a problem. Otherwise, perfect stay, great beach town.

The staff was great and welcoming. The daily breakfast was also convenient and delicious. Though somewhat crowded they kept the food well stocked. The location is perfect for being in the heart of everything and just close enough to the beachfront

My absolute favorite place to stay in Rehobeth!! Went down for my birthday weekend and had an AMAZING dinner at the Blue Hen and got a couples massage at the Apothecary Spa next store!! Top notch service at this hotel and a really good free breakfast buffet. Will definitely be going back!!

I love the Avenue Inn and I usually frequent a couple to a few times a year. I always enjoy my stay here as it is a beautiful room and very comfortable.I also love having a balcony to enjoy my morning coffee. This trip the first 2 days I was not happy about not having hot water in my shower only warm. After speaking to the front desk clerk and him sending maintenance to my room to check it out his response was the water temp in your room is the same as the room next to you. Bad response as far as I am concerned because I do not care what the water temp is anyone else`s room I want hot water in my room. I next spoke to the manager who offered to come up and feel the water temp in my room. He corrected the issue and all was good from there on. The only time I ever had an issue here and it was addressed after speaking to the manager as promptly as possible due to replacing a part.

This property was well maintained and conveniently located within walking distance to the running event that I was there for. The staff was very accommodating for the Coastal Delaware Running Festival they even moved their complimentary breakfast up from 7:30am to 6am so that the runners could have breakfast before their run. I so enjoyed the amenities the hotel had to offer like the wine and cheese hour and their cookies and milk hour. The cookies came right from the oven so delicious. Thank you so much for having me and my friends will be definitely coming back next year:)
