I love coming to Rehoboth and The Avenue Inn just makes it all that much better. From the hot tub to the wine and cheese to the excellent customer service an all around excellent experience. Staff acknowledged me by name and knew my room number and took excellent care of everything. Ten stars!

First time staying here. Was worried it was just a little too far from the beach but it really wasn’t! Lots of restaurants around and shopping. It was clean. Wine and cookie hour was nice. The indoor pool and outside hot tub was clean and nice. Will be back.

The room was fine except the location of the bed. The heating and air conditioner system was right next to the bed and a small dresser. When the air was on it blew directly in my face. They need to change the layout of room 301 and switch the bed and the larger dresser.

I took my mom to this hotel and she said everything about this hotel is immaculate. Rooms are clean and up to date. All staff members are just very friendly. Can’t beat the location either. In the heart of downtown and about 2 and a half blocks from the boardwalk. I go to Rehoboth beach every year and will definitely come back next year.
