Very nice hotel. It was clean, quiet, and the room set up was nice with the 2 beds, and the wall divider was nice. The room was not huge, but we didn't need it to be. The code access for the door was unique, but we liked it. We did check in when staff was there, but the instructions sent to us if someone wasn't there was very clear and easy to understand. Parking lot was plenty big. We would stay here again, and recommend to our friends.

Unacceptable unsecure location. A bunch of people were having a party, the whole hotel was filled with noise, people running around yelling all night long. No emergency number, no info on how to contact anyone inside the room. Nothing. Apparently, when there is a security problem, you are expected to get out of bed, get dressed, get out of the building (!) and use an external emergency phone bolted to the wall on the outside. A disgrace and I am never staying in this chain again. I have asked for a refund.

Arrivée à 21h plus d’accueil enregistrement du numéro de réservation sur la borne réservation introuvable appel d’urgence numéro d’accès transmis permet l’entrée à l’hôtel mais pas de la chambre appel une seconde fois à l’appel d’urgence… et pour couronner pas de remboursement possible de l’annulation d’une nuitée heureusement l’entretien de la chambre est très satisfaisant mais pas la qualité du service et de l’accueil

En virée familiale de 1 nuit dans une chambre 4 personnes, la chambre était top avec un espace 2 lits simples et un espace lit double de 160 de large. La chambre était vraiment bien agencée et propre. Literie un peu dure mais c’est une affaire de goût. Le petit déjeuner est un peu cher pour la variété des aliments disponibles. Cependant, le réceptionniste est ultra serviable et aux petits soins de ses clients et c’est très appréciable ! Enfin, petit bonus le parking est équipé de bornes de recharge pour VE. Nous y reviendrons sans hésiter.

Je suis arrivée dans la nuit. J’avais prévenue l’hôtel. J’ai donc pu faire une arrivée autonome. J’ai communiqué avec avec le personnel par mail, ils sont très réactif. Un petit déjeuné il y a tous ce qu’il vous faut. Le personnel est très gentil.

Check in am Automaten war nicht möglich und kein Personal in Sicht. Viel zu warm, Klimaanlage hat nicht funktioniert. Die Kissen waren zu dick und hart, das Bett eher unbequem. Es gab nur ein dünnes Handtuch für jeden von uns. Frühstück war nicht gut. Obwohl wir relativ früh da waren gab es bald keine Croissants mehr, Rührei konnte man nicht essen, weil es so eklig war.
