Our room smelled like raw sewage. We could hear bubbling coming out of the toilet. Their solution was to move us to a different room every night vs. upgrading us to a room we could have stayed in for the entire 4 night stay. This was terrible,we had to repack every morning load up the car and do it all over again every night and day.

Room was dark and had no overhead lighting in the bedroom. Could use a paint job in the room. The ambiguity of the desk clerk when I checked out was underwhelming much like my stay. Have stayed in the same hotel about 3 weeks ago and was impressed unfortunately not this time. :(

The room was clean and spacious, check-ib/out was superb as it was all online. Late checkin at 4:00 pm was a bit irritating but not a huge deal. Soundproofing in the hotel was rather poor - could hear every conversation in the hallways.

I like the fact you can do contactless check in which saves a lot of time and allows for you to arrive anytime after 4pm on check in time. We only stayed 1 night but the room was clean they had a hot tub and everything was super close by
