I was assigned a basement/lower ground level room. The toilet has bad smell kept coming out the entire time:( The only good thing is the late check in (after 12am) availability and the key reason why this property was booked for my stay in the area. In the regard, the property delivers.

My stay at 201 Hotel was average. The breakfast was very ordinary, and I found it unwelcoming that there were signs everywhere warning not to take food out or risk being charged. Another concern was the building layout—there was only one entrance door. If you park at the back, you have to walk about minutes in an area with no lighting. On a rainy and cold day, this is really inconvenient and uncomfortable.

A bit rundown considering how "new" it seems

The hotel was just ok. A tad expensive considering that the experience was not as good. Our room was missing a bedside table, it had no soap, and the beds were not very comfortable. The shower drain clogged after one use and flooded the entire bathroom. The hotel itself looks kinda new and modern, but feels cheap and modular at the same time. The staff was friendly and helpful, though.

The walls need to be repainted. The room was VERY basic and small. We asked the front desk clerk for a local food recommendation and she had none. Everything seemed very 2 star.
