Our room was very spacious, comfortable beds and great shower. Everyone at the reception was very kind and very helpful. Location couldn’t be better. The only thing that could be improved is the breakfast. Otherwise a great hotel I can highly recommend.

Clean Hotel. Great Location for the price. They might have parking, but when I asked about it, I was told that street parking was free for overnight. We only stayed for one night, so it was no big deal. It appeared that there might have been like 8 spots behind the building, but I also don't know if those are for staff only.

Pleasant, well situated hotel.

A nice hotel in a great location. The staff is very helpful and friendly. The buffet breakfast is above average, and the hotel restaurant is quite good too. The only downside is that the room itself is small, without much room for your clothes.

Hotel was very centrally located for all transportation and the center of the city. Only minor complaint is that during winter it gets pretty warm and even if you open a window the room remains a bit stuffy. Other than that, the hotel was good.

Very modern, fun (quirky?) place to stay right at "Bus Stop 9" in Reykjavik. We got the breakfast, which was a very nice buffet. Highly effective blackout curtains, which are a must during Spring/Summer in Iceland! :-)

It was central, which is very convenient but no A/C, very small rooms with noisy ventilator they provide. Preferred the sister hotel, Midlaugar on the other side of the corner.

Great location in heart of city and tour buses stop right outside. Rooms are modern and very clean. Staff is very accommodating and friendly. Walk down the lighted inside stairs to enjoy many Icelandic phrases…what a hoot. Property has great bar that opens at 6 pm with window on Main Street for people watching after a long day. You can also order full dinner from restaurant that is served in bar area. Food was delicious. Only complaint is that balcony rooms share balcony with every guest (no dividers/private space). Floor to ceiling windows require that you close blackout curtains for any privacy making room dark when you just want privacy.

Tremendous property right outside stop 9. On the 4th floor I had a sneaky view of the mountains. Standard breakfast and it gets busy early. It is a hike from the harbor, but blocks from the church, plenty of food options close by!

We stayed in the double twin room which is small but clean and adequate to our needs. The bathroom was good size. Beds were comfortable. The free breakfast was was really good. Front desk staff was friendly. We picked this hotel because of the location on Laugavegur Street and that it was next to bus stop #9. I would definitely recommend this hotel and would stay here again.
