This hotel was AMAZING. I was a solo traveler and felt safe. Everything I did for the 6 days I was there was walkable. SHOUT OUT to my favorite desk ladies Katalina and Felicia (👋) they answered all my questions and gave great recommendations. They also kept an eye on me to make sure I arrived back safely after every adventure

Location was good for shopping and exploring the downtown area. When booking the reservation, we chose this property specifically because of the free parking since we had a rental car but when we arrived we found out there were only 12 spots and it was first come first serve. I don’t remember if the square footage of the room we booked was listed when booking since this is the first time flying to Europe but we will pay attention to that in the future as the room was way too small for multiple days to stay.

Staff were friendly and helpful. Breakfast was pretty good, something for everyone. Room was clean. Comfortable bed, but the pillows were a bit lumpy for me. Hotel is convenient for transportation.

Great location. Bus stop #9 is right outside the hotel so very easy pick up/drop off for tour and airport buses. Very walkable to dining and shopping and the waterfront. Room was spacious and comfortable. Nice bathroom with good water pressure. Excellent breakfast. I would stay here again!

This hotel is in a great location if you are ambulatory. It is withing walking distance of everything in the city centre. Ask for a room not overlooking the busy mainstreet - particularly on a weekend. There is quite a bit of street noise which could be an issue if you are a light sleeper. Otherwise, it is a very good option for Reykjavik. We stayed at the beginning and the end of our trip.

The breakfast was welcomed as only bakeries seemed to be open prior to 10:00 a.m. Excellent location for walking and shopping with plenty of great dining options and pubs nearby.

The room is clean , staff were friendly , breakfast is good except their bacon kind of chewy but all in all very good . The Bus stop and pickup for sightseeing is just around the corner . Shops, restaurants nearby, the Hallgrimskirkja church, the famous rainbow road and museums is only few minutes walk.

Staff was very friendly, perfect location for shopping and dining, and catching tour buses (stop #9). The breakfast was buffet was very good and offered many choices. Although the rooms are small, they are comfortable.
