Staff was very nice and helpful. Room was very small, but clean and in good condition. They have a tiny parking lot in the back, luckily there was a spot available for us. Very walkable location with many shops and restaurants all around.

Nice hotel, - little loud at night with ppl yelling on street so recommend staying on parking lot side of building. Beds a bit too soft, rooms very nice and great location. Most of the employees are nice but one was pretty rude when I asked her to fill my water bottle with ice at the hotel bar before leaving for the airport. She said ok but kept asking guests their room number (to serve breakfast) who weren’t even in line. I explained I had to go quickly to my car to catch a flight and could I have my water bottle back even without ice but she did not give it back to me right away and kept asking more customers their room number. I basically had to grab it back from her (without ice) to leave on time. I understand if she was too busy to fill it she just could have said no but holding onto it so I could not go was annoying. Still highly recommend this hotel despite this interaction.

Pros: The hotel location is great. Our room was upgraded so it was pretty big and clean. Breakfast was rich and sufficient. Parking is available behind the hotel. Cons: Our room was facing the street so we had a lot of noise during all hours of the day. This is a very busy hotel as guided tours are sleeping there and as such it is not in the best conditions.

Perfect for a couple of nights

Nice breakfast and comfortable rooms. We didn't get in until really early like 1am and they were very helpful. On the 2nd morning we had to leave early so we all got bagged breakfasts included. The location is right on the edge of old town and even better is at a bus stop for the airport and pickup for all the tours.

The room was amazing but didn’t like how close the toilet was to the shower. The floor was wet and had to clean around the toilet to use it. Twice cleaning service came into our room even though check out was at 11.

TINY room

The room was TINY! We had a double bed for my husband and I and could barely move around the room. No space on the side of the bed to get up comfortably and walk around. Very clean and updated. Bed was comfortable.

Our hotel room was very nice, aside from the fact that our TV didnt work. However, we didnt reach out to have it fixed, mostly because we were just relaxing until bedtime. So, that was on us. The hotel is very central to shopping and restaurants, and we appreciated the small amount of free parking for guests behind the building (first come, first served though).

Another Great Stay

This is our preferred hotel in Reykavik. The staff are wonderful, especially at reception who are always helpful, the hotel is clean and comfortable, and the location is great (close to the main streets and bus transport). Highly recommend.

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. Hotel was great, lovely view from balcony. There isn’t many parking spaces but there’s an underground multi storey across the road. Breakfast options were great but enough to start the day off.

We have an amazing stay, the hotel is very clean, our room was spotless. Breakfast service was really good, a great location for walking and exploring downtown. Parking was convenient, but small so get there early. Staff was friendly and very helpful.
