Not worth the money.

They only provided two towels for a family of 4. When asked for additional towels they did not have them. They failed to clean the room on a 3 night stay. The cleaning staff just said they were too busy (understaffed)

booked a stay at the Hampton Inn in Greece, New York through Expedia.ca. Due to what appears to have been a system glitch during booking, my travel dates were entered incorrectly. I only realized the issue when I saw the charge on my credit card. I immediately contacted Expedia, who confirmed there may have been a technical issue and advised me to reach out directly to the hotel’s general manager to see if they could move my stay to the correct date. Here’s where it gets completely unacceptable: I left three separate voice messages for the general manager. Not one call was returned. Not even a courtesy acknowledgment. I was given the cold shoulder and completely ignored. but what I can’t accept is being completely dismissed by the hotel management. A two-minute phone call would have gone a long way, even if the answer was no. Instead, they chose silence. This experience shows a serious lack of professionalism and customer care. Mistakes happen—but ignoring a guest who is trying to resolve a problem in good faith is disgraceful. I’ve stayed at many Hilton properties and have never encountered such indifference. Let’s be honest,this review is probably the first time they’ll bother to take notice. Not because they care, but because bad publicity finally forced them to look up from their phones. If it takes a public shaming to get a response, that tells you everything

It was fine for a one night visit. While the room looks recently updated it was dirty & didn’t look like it was cleaned before our visit. The toilet barely flushed, the tub didn’t drain & the bedsheets/pillowcases were all stained. Wouldn’t stay here again.

I like the property for its location. I like the number of restaurants and stores in walking distance and in close proximity. The staff was very helpful and nice. I liked that the hotel is close to the highway. The only complaints about the room was that the shower was broken and could not hang the shower wand over my head. Also another complaint would be thatunder the bed needed attention, as there were a number of crumbs and debris. Aside from that, the room stayed at a nice temperature. There were not loud disruptive guests. The breakfast served was good

As with any Hampton I've ever stayed in, the facility was in good condition, service was fantastic, and the continental breakfast was great. I also enjoy the coffee they serve. Great experience all around!

Absolutely horrible. I had car trouble and called about a late check in. They said it was fine I could check in 24/7 there was someone at desk all night. Didn’t end up getting there until 4:30. Exhausted. No one was at desk. Front sliding doors were supposed to be locked. No one to let us in. My son had to pry th doors open. We stood at the desk for atleast 15 min calling out “hello?” Tried calling the property number. Someone finally came from the back who was obviously sleeping. Checked me in. Held $120 additional to my nightly fare which I was not told about. I had reserved a king room with a pull out sofa for my son and his girlfriend. We finally got to the room and the bag on the closet didn’t have pillows or a blanket. My husband went down to the front desk and he was told there were no more pillows and were given a blanket they rolled up and used for pillows. The bathroom sink was backed up. In the morning my husband tried to tell the manager on site and he was blown off. Told there were still no pillows. This was a terrible experience after a very stressful 8 hour roadtrip. I won’t be back. Ever.
