Was only staying for 1 night as we were passing through. Lobby was nice and modern, checkin was ok. Upon getting to our room, noticed right away it was very dated, nothing like the pictures portrayed. Bathroom was clean, tub and shower was the nicest feature of the whole room. The beds were comfortable. Noticed that the sheer curtains were shredded, seriously?? I had to put a credit card with a $25 hold for any damages. I did go back down to lobby to let them know about the curtains. Also some of the wallpaper was starting to peel. The hallway had a musty smell and was worried our room would smell the same way, but it didn’t, it smelled faintly of chlorine. Shower pressure was ok, water was hot and plentiful. Sometimes i think when going through hotels.com you get a second rate room.

I’m glad it was only for one night. Restaurant (room service) was subpar. The curtains didn’t close all the way, so it was light in the room when we went to sleep and when we woke up in the morning. We specifically booked this hotel because of the pools and they were closed during our stay because there was no lifeguard on duty. We won’t be staying here again.

A couple elevators were off line making it necessary to hike a ways with suitcases but the place was clean and spotless which is something I value above minor inconveniences. There’s nothing worse, in my view, that a room that isn’t clean! I stayed her twice in the same week. I’ll definitely stay here again.

The front desk staff were pretty bad. Unfriendly. And seemed to not listen to anything I said about having two rooms as they gave me the key for one room and laughed. The keys demagnetized at least twice a day. The TV is very small The good. I slept well. The waitress at Petals was great. The fitness center was ok. And good location. It seemed clean. I’d probably go again if it was the cheapest option.

I stayed two nights. For my daughters wedding at a venue nearby. Both nights I had to make several trips to front desk because my key wouldn’t work. It was frustrating because I needed to get not only to the rehearsal the first night and had been helping my daughter with her stuff. But the night of the wedding I was exhausted and waiting for a knee replacement surgery which is coming up shortly and having to mess around with the key issue was ridiculous.

The room was very musty when we arrived. Luckily we could open the window a bit and run the fan while we went out for dinner. It was better when we got back. Breakfast was fine - cooked on demand in the restaurant. It was for a fee. Definitely better than the traditional self-help breakfast buffet.

I would not stay at this property again. Overall, it’s barely average. In my room the window sheers were ripped in three places and in one spot, from the floor to the ceiling. It took us two days to get a box of tissues in the room. The room service breakfast order comes in plastic bags for each order, that they just hand to you at the door. Some of the front desk clerks are very nice, but some are barely adequate. At check out, the desk clerk didn’t even show me the room charges ? The room needs a serious overhaul. The dresser looks like it came from the Salvation Army. The TV is smaller than the one I have in my kitchen. If it wasn’t for low room availability at graduation, I wouldn't have stayed here.
