Room was clean and check-in staff / continental breakfast staff were friendly. However our stay was not great due to the inability to use and enjoy our room as intended. My child and I hardly sleep due to the activities of other patrons. Issue was management/staff failing to address and deal with the teenage boys (hockey players) that were being extremely loud and disruptive and playing hockey in the hallway outside our room (nets included) until well past midnight. We were staying in the hotel with our volleyball team and the girls had a late night then early morning game. This is one of the first times we have purchased a room thru expedia. Given had to pay almost $300 for the room, I was extremely dissatisfied with the experience and failure of staff to deal with ensuring the facility could be enjoyed by all patrons.

The pool could have better lighting. When the sun goes down it’s hard to see the kids swimming under the water. Also more seating around the pool. We also had asked for our toilet to be unclogged. We came back from a game and thought it was fixed and it got flushed and over flowed. The staff working sat Nov 15 told us we needed to plunge it ourselves. One girl came up and made the toilet flood even more. She said no maintenance was on shift. Not okay for guests to be plunging their own toilets. She then brought a mop bucket up and didn’t have any cleaner in it. Just overall felt gross. I was not impressed.
