A hotel with charm.

This hotel had everything we needed for a one night stay. The rooms were clean. The staff were very friendly and accommodating. The location was close to the train station. The staff helped us arrange a driver to take us to the airport the next morning. We would stay here again.

We stayed in the 2 bedroom apartment with a terrace and it was PERFECT. The neighborhood was close to many food options, a grocery store, and just a 10 minute walk to the train/Metro. The daily morning pastries were delicious. The staff was so welcoming and helpful. The space was clean and quiet. One member of our group had a different room, and although small, it had everything she needed for a clean, quiet sleeping space. Truly a wonderful stay.

Not A Proper Hotel

Not really a proper hotel.... It appears to be 2 floors of an apartment building converted into rooms. There's no foyer, restaurant, bar or proper reception. Breakfast is just some snacks in the room and fresh bread placed outside your room in the morning. Everything was clean though and fine for a short stay. Just know what you're expecting. Clean enough though.

This property is just what you are expecting from (as Nonna says) The Old Country. Such history in and around this building. The tiny tiny elevator had me laughing, I am from Canada and have never seen anything like it. It works and that is what matters. You can walk everywhere from here, you can shop for souveniers, clothing, dining out and grocery to cook for yourself. We loved everything about this place except the noise outside. If you are picking a suite here and noise bothers you through the night do not pick the front unit with the large balcony. 1am, 3am, 4am garbage picked up. Sunday at 4am the hotel across the street exchanges their linen on a very large truck with metal carts for 2 hours. I am a light sleeper and this was hard on me. The staff was wonderful and informative.

The hotel is in a convenient location for access to the train station, and to a number of important tourist sites. The manager, Martina, was especially friendly and helpful, and housekeeping was superior, with daily service.

This hotel was a delight. From the check in to the check out the staff went above and beyond to make my stay pleasant. It has a slightly rustic Italian charm that added to our trip in a great way. Check in is on the 2nd floor, which is 2 floors up from the lobby if you’re American. We were greeted and checked in then shown our room. The room has a mini fridge with sodas and water that are complementary but not restocked. It also has creamer, butter, yogurt and juice that is restocked each day. There is a capsule machine to make espresso as well as a basket of cookies, toast, jams, tea, and instant coffees that are restocked daily. The room is extremely clean and quiet. The neighborhood is amazing and has several great restaurants close. It’s an easy walk to all major transportation also. We will definitely stay here again on our next trip!

City Break With Friend

This hotel is lovely, friendly receptionist and because room was ready was able to get in early. Room was quaint and spotless and little perks in the room were free & replenished daily. Breakfast came in a little basket about 7 each morning on a little hook outside door, bread rolls & pastries and butter, jam etc were in fridge in room, also had choice of biscuits ,coffee & tea in room too. I loved it was so cute. Area was quiet a and safe and literally 10 mins max from main train & bus station. Like in other reviews you door have 3 keys, but wasnt a probably to us, 1 for front door, 1 for your floor and then your room. May seem alot but people can only get into your floor if they were also on it very safe. Would 100% recommend this hotel❤️
