Never any staff on site. Gave us Instructions on how to enter the property but also gave that to other people early and when we arrived another couple was in the room. When contacted they didn’t offer any help or come to the site to sort anything out. This place is not secure. A couple days later they offered to breakfast for the issue … but again did not show up.

Bathroom smells sewer with no hot water and no service at all and the area surrounding the place is full of trash in trash bins. We complained to the lady in reception but nothing was don! Our stay was extremely bad! I want a refund!

The room was good, the shower wasn’t convenient at all. The location of the room in front of the restaurant is not great, very noisy when trying to sleep. Overall it was a good place, not great.

Check in at this “hotel” was very difficult. The desk is not staffed at all times and was challenging for a late check in. The towels all had a strange smell to them. The place in general smelled strange. The shower was right next to the bed and offered absolutely NO privacy. Location was okay - it was about a half hour walk to the Vatican and Coliseum, and maybe about 20 minutes to the Trevi fountain.

The place is Airbnb style, there’s no reception or stuff. The proximity to everything is great but the cleanliness of the room was below average.

Probably one of the worst places I’ve ever stayed. We had issues from check-in all the way through check-out. The key wasn’t left where they said it would be, and it was nearly impossible to reach anyone for help. The towels looked and smelled odd—I had to wash them myself just to feel comfortable using them. The air conditioner above the bed didn’t work properly, leaked water onto us while we slept, and was so loud it made resting difficult. When I first reported it, I was ignored. When I followed up, they claimed they couldn’t find a maintenance person. The water stains on the wall made it clear this was an ongoing problem they never bothered to fix. To make matters worse, the front desk was always unmanned, so there was no one around to assist or provide basic necessities.Overall, this was by far the worst experience I’ve ever had at a “hotel”

It was the worst experience I’ve ever had, I travel a fair bit but have never come across anything like this. First of all there was no reception at anytime! Secondly the property was very poorly maintained; it was not clean, dust in the corners, towels were very old and had a smell to them and stains! there was bad odor coming from the drain, but the sheets were reasonably clean. Ants everywhere, I got many in my suitcases and in the bed as well!! The fridge was not working, when I asked the receptionist via text they refused to do anything about it. It was quite devastating not to have cool water in 37 degrees heat! It’s basic essentials!!! The shower did not have a door (as they claimed it was the style!!) so when you showered a lot of water would come out and fill up the floor, the floor mat/towel was not enough to absorb the water, it was hazard issue as well. This experience was horrendous!!

We didn’t like that there was no front desk. The staff lady we met was not friendly at all. Our AC in the room was not working and we had to message on watsup. No one came to take a look. There was no fan for air circulation. The building is very old. I would not recommend this hotel.

Poor check in and support.

Location was great, nice rooms, shower in middle of room a little strange, check in process and support after hours (ie after 4 pm and before 12 pm) poor, and detracts significantly from experience.

This property is in an amazing location for sight seeing, shopping, eating and cocktails. There was a smell the first night but i closed all the plug holes in the bathroom and kept the window shut and we didnt have the smell for the rest of our trip. They send you good instructions for check in via whats app a few days before. The towels were chanhed daily and bed sheets every 3 days which was fine for us. They could do with giving a spoon to make drinks but it was no issue. We really enjoyed our stay and would defo ho back for the price

This property should not be advertised as a hotel. It’s 3 units converted into Airbnb’s. Greeted at check-in by a friendly girl but it was the only time we saw someone at the desk. Last 2 days we had no hot water. Had to take very cold showers. The unit was clean. Location was great, but would not come back.
