Incredible Staff & Great Location

We absolutely loved our stay at this hotel! From the moment we arrived, the service was exceptional. We were pleasantly surprised with a room upgrade at check-in, which was such a nice touch and very much appreciated. The staff truly made our experience unforgettable—special thanks to Salvatore, Eugino, Michela, and Alessandro for their outstanding service during breakfast each morning. Speaking of breakfast, the food exceeded our expectations. There was an impressive variety, everything was fresh and delicious, and it really set the tone for our days of exploring. The location was perfect—conveniently within walking distance to almost all of Rome’s must-see sights. After long days of sightseeing, it was such a treat to relax with a drink on the hotel’s newly renovated rooftop bar. It offered a lovely atmosphere and great views. We wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Rome!

The stay has been very nice. However, the communication between the spa and restaurants could be improved (the restaurant didn’t have the table ready and arranging the simple entry has been time and nerve consuming, even with the phone number left at the reception, no one has reached out to us as promised).

The staff really makes this place shine. They made my family—and especially my kids—feel right at home. The breakfast buffet was fantastic, and the rooms were comfortable and luxurious. It’s a perfect location, close to everything but still peaceful. Honestly, you can’t go wrong here. A great choice for families or anyone looking for a hassle-free stay.

Center of the city. VERY NOISY, I guess to be expected. The hotel was comfortable, with a friendly staff. But the room was dark and could use brightening and an update. But overall, not a bad stay.

Hotel Artemide is convenient to walk to main attractions and a taxi is easily accessible if necessary. The hotel rooms are small but moderately nice and the breakfast was very good with lots of food options. If looking for a nice hotel without the high price tag Hotel Artemide is a good choice.
