Average at best

Close to Trevi fountain so the location is great. Breakfast not so good. Pancakes seemed to always be cold. I was on the first floor and up above it was very noisy from the people upstairs walking around and moving chairs, etc. I called the front desk at 12am to complain about the noise and basically they told me that there was nothing they could do. They kept directing me to the police. I will not stay here again!

Amazing location and facilities. Staff need to be a bit more attentive to room amenities as some were missing, not restocked whilst there for 5 day period ie: toilet paper, tea and water bottles. Other than that it is highly recommended 👍

It’s really close to everything nice staff no parking on site put they have parking close to the hotel it’s block away plenty of restaurants around nice family room it’s was very clean and up to date

Hotel overall was beautiful. The staff was friendly and they arranged transport for us to the airport, which was very convenient. My only complaint would be the shower water didn’t stay a consistent temperature. It cycled between cold and scorching hot about every 10-15 seconds. Other than that it was a lovely stay. The breakfast options were very fresh and the cappuccino machine was delightful.

Everyone so helpful. Answered every question kindly and genuinely. They truly are the best location. The best shopping, taxis are right outside the hotel, safety precautions suggestions were mentioned but I felt so safe here. Amazing nights on the patio. Opt for panoramic suite if you need a bigger room. You will not regret it. Breakfast with Leo and Melania was amazing everyday! Many choices and made to order as well. Can’t rave enough about this place.
We were spoiled from day one. They have a shuttle service use it. Breakfast was amazing! Leo and Melanie catered to our every request and went above and beyond to make sure we enjoyed all our delicious food.

Nice location

The breakfast options need reconsideration. The bellman needs to be more attentive (and have more than one person). The location is great. The suite was nice. The housekeeper didn’t clean the terrace when she cleaned the room. There were a few unpleasant things that happened that they had to refund us half the stay.
