The property was perfectly functional if a little basic. Wasnt aware until check in that we would be housed in a separate building to the hotel, I would have expected to be made awarenof this ahead of time. Room itself was okay, could do with re decorating and a deep clean. Good location away from noise and between bline metro & termini

Very accommodating staff. Very good breakfast. Very small lift, though. Room was in a separate building from the reception area. Very comfortable room except for a very small shower cubicle. A face washer would have been useful.

One night stay, family of 3

We stayed for one night. Wanted to be close to Termini station, so we could easily catch our train to the airport the next day. This hotel is on a quiet street, just a 15 minute walk to the station. Close to the B line metro station, 3 stops to the Collesium. The room was clean and AC worked well for the hot weather. Fixtures/bathroom are slightly dated, but everything was clean and comfortable. Beds were comfortable and spacious. The check-in staff was very friendly and helpful.

Very clean rooms and close to the train station! The Air conditioning at this hotel was amazing and much needed for the hot days in Rome. Would definitely stay here again.

The hotel was quiet and clean . We had a good size room and it was very clean . Area was close to main train station , buses and metro . We walked everywhere and felt safe . Staff at hotel were helpful and friendly . Would stay again no issues.

The property was undergoing some exterior renovation when we arrived, so had to get around scaffolding to get to the front desk. Then because we arrived 3 hours earlier (not their fault, we landed from our flight earlier) we had to hang around the lounge and rooftop terrace area until the room was ready, we were exhausted and it wasn’t comfortable to hang around for an extended amount of time. Once our room was ready we did not expect we were in an adjoining building, but that was ok, we felt safe. The twin room we rented was smaller than expected, but comfortable for only 2 people and it all felt clean and comfortable for the 2 nights we would stay for. When you travel sleep is important, and for the most part we rested well, be both nights we could hear outside noises, very early in the morning, either motor vehicles passing or what sounded like garbage collection outside. So it did break up the sleep a bit, otherwise the property was very well located, 10min walk to Termini station or 5 min to Metro. Very convenient, I would still stay here again.
