Noisy. Cleanliness not up to par. Lift not working Light in corridor had its issues which left you in the dark near steep stairs. Room very dark unless the you opened the shutters which only gave view to other rooms. Small space in which to around. Beds very uncomfortable. No way is this a 4 star hotel.

Gute Unterkunft, man kann alle Sehenswürdigkeiten gut zu Fuss erreichen. Wir hatten einen tollen Aufenthalt und saubere Zimmer. Das Personal war freundlich.

Firts of all the hotel wasn’t even close to 4-star, more like a 3. As all the other comments says, location is great, but the hotel itselfs is not so good as on the pictures. Our room was in the other building which made feel it more like airbnb. In the corridore smelled really bad, I suppose there were kept the trash maybe also. The view from our window was to the the hotel other windows and lots of pipes. Our room a1 was next to cleaning cabin so we hear a lot of noice starting from the early morning. Also there was a lot of noice from upstairs of cleaning or something and in the evening the noice cane from the window. The room itself is ok size but really dark and need some update. The materials start to look old and used. The most fealthy thing was that we didn’t had proper blanket, just some woolen blanket and basic sheet under it, so by the morning the sheet usually went off and you slept partly under the blanket which have many others also slept underneeth. On our trip I am pregnant and this felt really yacky, I just hope I don’t get any deseases. I asked for the proper blanket sheet, they didnt had any and cleaning person didn’t put another sheet on the top of the blanket even he promised so. Sheats wasn’t been changed every day. One day our room hadn’t cleaned at all becaeuse someone had turned around the door signed to not disturbing and when I called at evening for room cleaning, the cleaner came and just gave us the towels nd shaets and we had to changes them our

Hyvä aamiainen. Yllätyin, että huoneemme oli sivurakennuksessa. Huone oli aika pieni ja ahdas. Oli kuitenkin siistiä ja rauhallista.
