Room was badly looked after. Electric went out and they had to move me to another hotel. Was not good at all. I am amazed it’s 3 star. Everything old and in need of refurbishment. Would not recommend.

The staff of the hotel is very nice. But the hotel is very worn down the interior is very worn, the water in the bathtubs have very low pressure and it could need a paint

Older hotel but in reasonable condition. Good location for buses around the city and easily walkable to some sights. Warm water for shower over bath. Good secondary glazing keeps most noise out from busy street. Plenty of choice to eat and drink close by and small supermarket on the street. Some in room drinks facilities would help.

Awesome experience! I was in Rome for a conference, and couldn't find a Hotel. Turned out I've found Priscilla and I went with very low expectations, but it turned out to be great for a 3 star hotel. My bedroom was clean and quiet and the location is FANTASTIC! If you're a tourist you won't mind a walk to the center, and to the station. Great breakfast options, and some museums and gardens nearby. Worth staying. Highly recommend.

It's not a luxurious hotel but it's enough for a short stay. The AC was non existent and the bathroom had a couple of issues (broken seat, high pressure showerhead). There's no coffee machine or boiler in the room. However, the bus service near the hotel was amazing. Also, the city tax was EXHORBITANT and way higher than any other city we have traveled to.

If you are American, this place is one step below a Motel 6, it is not 3 stars. Before arrival I sent a request to be housed in the remodeled section which went unanswered. When we arrived, they attempted to place us a in a dinghy, dirty room. The carpet was covered in dust and mold and the bathroom looked like it fell out of the 1800's. After complaining, they gave us a remodeled room after upcharging us 110 euro. The remodeled room was only slightly better but it looked cleaner w tile floors and upgraded bathroom. There are NO AMENITIES in this hotel, it is as barebones as it gets. No safe in room, the wifi sucks, no satellite tv so you only get Italian stations, the AC is horrible, the staff was rude and seemed to be annoyed if any questions were asked. For early siteseers, gonacross the street for coffee. They tried to make us leave our key at the front desk everytime we left the hotel. As for cleanliness, this place was gross, for one week, they never swept or mopped the floors, we wore flip flops the entire time on our feet when in the room, not even socks because they would turn black. I thought 3 stars would be middle of the road for a middle class family, but this place is NOT 3 STARS. I would not advise any American to stay here, it was as BELOW BUDGET as BELOW BUDGET gets. It would be worth extra money to find a better place. Whatever you do, LISTEN to the poor star ratings, the ones with good ratings are either planted or those people come from third world count

Definitely NOT a 7/10 hotel

I get that this hotel is supposed to be quaint and rustic feeling. That said, the water pressure was tragically terrible. I couldn't take a real shower my entire stay. The air conditioner also didn't work at all. The bed was rock hard. I have a very firm mattress at home, and this bed felt like concrete. Some of the amenities listed on hotels.com don't actually exist (tour booking for example). The staff was very friendly. The location felt safe. The housekeeping did a good job. But, I'm not sure how this hotel maintains a 3* rating. It is a 2* anywhere in the United States.

I realize that there are many older hotels in Rome and many of them are charming, old, but clean. This hotel; however, was so dirty that I would consider it unsafe to stay in. There was black mold in the bathtub, bathroom fan hadn't been cleaned in a long time, clogged with dust, the carpet was filthy, the toilet was disgusting. We brought this to the attention of the staff, they were unsympathetic. We left after one night (had booked 3). I strongly suggest staying away from this one.

The furniture and fixtures looked hunders of years old. Room was dusty, drafty and carpet dirty. Fixures in bathroom were unservicable- bathroom facuet output of water was a trinkle of what a normal flow should be. Toliet seat was loose and location cramped you when you used it. The shower was too small. Bed were saggy and uncomfortable. This was suppose to be a 3-star hotel but it really is a 1-star. This hotel should be removed from your hotel selections for customers to choose.

Terrible Experience – Unsafe and Unclean I had the worst experience at this hotel. After arriving straight from the airport, I was immediately asked to pay the city tax, which was higher than what was originally listed. That was just the beginning of the issues. When I went up to my room, I was shocked to find the door open. Thinking I had the wrong room, I asked a staff member about it, only to be told that this was "normal" and that the door didn’t need to lock. This felt incredibly unsafe, and I was uncomfortable leaving my luggage in the room. The staff were indifferent and showed no concern, especially after I had checked in. The room itself was awful—dark, outdated, and dirty. There was no proper bed sheet, just one on top, and the bottom was covered with a filthy blanket that didn’t seem clean. The walls had marks, dust, and black stains from the vents. The lampshades were stained, and the floor was visibly dirty—I even spotted a few woodlice. I couldn’t stay in this hotel and had to leave. It felt completely unsafe, the staff were rude and dismissive, and the overall condition was unacceptable. This hotel should not be listed at all. I strongly do not recommend staying here!

Godt og rimeligt centralt hotel

Hyggeligt hotel, tæt på det meste. Vi gik tilbage til hotellet fra Peterskirken. Turen tog 1,5 time, men tempoet var også roligt, og byen og gåturen blev nydt. Det tog ca. 20 minutter at gå fra hotellet til den spanske trappe. Der lå et lille supermarked nede ad gaden. Parkering var lige uden for døren, men det var nok mest held, da man selv må finde en ledig P plads, og betale parkering, på lige fod med romerne.
