The rooms keycards stopped working multiple times and my boyfriend and I had to go upstairs to find it not working, go all the way back downstairs to reception only for them to ask for the room number and just hand us a new key. No explanation, no apology for the constant inconvenience; nothing. Ridiculous.

Hotellin henkilökunta oli avuliasta ja mukavaa. Hotelli itse sijaitsi keskellä ei-mitään. Lähellä ei ollut ruokapaikkoja tai baareja. Kaikkeen liikkumiseen tarvittiin, joko taksia tai hotellin järjestämää - maksullista- kuljetusta kaupunkiin. Kuljetus olikin hyvä, mutta välillä autoon ei mahtunut. Omalla autolla kulkevalle varsin hyvä sijainti. Uima-altaan maksullisuudesta iso miinus.

Ei mennyt nappiin!

Hotellihuoneessa ei toiminut ilmastointi. Huoneen vaihto onnistui. Vessanpönttö oli irti ja aiheutti vesitulvan. Asia korjattiin loistavan talonmiehen avulla,mutta se ei pelasta kun huonon kuvan sai. Kuntosali oli puutteellinen ja aamiainen katastrofi. Luulisi saavan puuroa hintaan 16.50. Uima-allas hiukan pelasti mut ei tulla valitsemaan uudestaan.

Hotel excentré mais navette pour le centre attention au nombre de places, piscine qui ouvre tard et ferme tot, longue à mettre en place mais agréable.

Great rooms, poor service

Pros: Air-condition, good shuttle service.
Location: Nothing to do nearby. Shuttle bus to Rome is a must.
Air-conditioned and clean rooms, expensive WiFi and lousy breakfast & dinner. The receptionists (especially Fabio) were extremely unfriendly - when asking for help to call our driver one of them said he was "too busy to help me". Not only was our driver one hour late, nobody was willing to help us. Take your own personal towel for pool (it costs 3 euros per day to loan one from the hotel), prepare to eat elsewhere and buy refreshments from a local supermarket (1,5 L bottled water was 3 €). Other employees were really nice. Do not pay for a room with balcony since you're not getting one.

Kein schönes hotel

Uns hat es Nicht gefallen. Zimmer war nicht richtig sauber, und ganze organisation war sehr Schlecht. Standort schrecklich. Team sehr unhöflich.
