Excellent stuff!!!only one problem is too far away from the main attraccions!!

Hi, Everyone, Overall the experience was so good; the Hotel has a good quality of service, also cleanliness is a high point of this. The service offered of shuttle is so good, although it there must be more frecuencies. Even though, one morning i came down few minutes late and the guy-driver waited for me. The main problem i do reckon is the location is a bit far from the city centre, but taking the 990 bus, was a great solution. So to sumarize, great service for a reasonable money. The area is very quite, which is so excellent, therefore I strongly recommend this hotel.

Terrible

Ok, firstly I'd like you to know that because of our experience at this hotel, I will not be using your service again. On your website, it comes across as a boutique hotel located close to the Vatican. I dont know if you've been there yourselves or just take on these contracts without reviewing the accomodation but, the hotel is located down the dead end of a residential road and is surrounded by what seem to be council flats. There was nothing in our area to do or see, or eat and had to rely on going into the piazza's.The hotel looks very modern and is quite deceiving as it's actually really small and empty. The hotel room was very small with a horrible sense of decor. It was dark and not cosy at all. The television only had channels in italian and nothing in English, it only had ONE plug socket which was located in the bathroom! The hotel did not have irons or ironing boards, the telephone did not work for us to be able to call room service, which was probably a blessing as the food was disgusting! The menu was the same all day and was very limited. We had decided to have dinner in the restaurant on our last evening there and there were a few other british couples and they DID NOT look happy! If you value this feedback and cherish what your customers think, you will stop endorsing this place as I dont think it' ll be open for more than the next year or so. When we left on Monday, we checked out and walked out of the hotel, and for about an hour before we could flag down a cab because I did not want to be there any longer. I thought flying on the airline we did would be the worst part but it ended up being the best!

Good weekend

We've had a good time on our weekend brake, the Hotel is a bit away from everything in town but they have a shufle service which it takes you to a place near all the main atractions, or if you prefer you can used the public bus or the train, which is within walking distances. Breakfast was good and staff very helpfull and friendly, definetly will stay again if I ever go back to Rome.

Adequate, lacking luxury

Overall a reasonable experience. Tiny shower room, thin, cheap towels. Bedroom and en-suite both in need of refurbishment but clean and serviceable nonetheless for a 3*. Good point was great air conditioning! Dining room small, buffet breakfast satisfactory - the usual slice-able scrambled egg, hams and pastries. Tea and coffee was also self-service. Plastic teaspoons, paper napkins - OK, but hardly 4*. Kitchen staff cleaning adjacent tables with spray disinfectant while you eat! I ate there only one evening - burnt (solid - microwaved?) meal. Wobbly table. Staff response to my comments? 'Yes, the meal was burnt - it got too hot'! No offer to change it. Piece of paper put under table leg. Hmmm - 4*? Hotel guests are entitled to 10% off dining bill - I mentioned this after getting my bill, and a Euro was taken off - only 30cents out, but not 10%, and I expect billing to be more honest and accurate. Staff mostly friendly and helpful, but only when things are OK. When I asked whether there were any rooms with a bath, I was given a short, sharp lecture on the unhygienic nature of baths in hotels (didn't the Romans invent public baths?!) and a very stern stare for daring to question what was on offer. Off-putting to say the least ... not 4*. For a small input, this hotel could edge towards a higher rating - they have more expensive rooms that seem to be more luxurious, but my experience and expectation is that a 4* hotel should be offering luxurious accommodation across the board. The hotel offered a good navette service into town, but limited return journeys, which leaves you reliant on the buses. Coming home after dusk can then make it difficult to find where to get off the bus as the streets are extremely poorly lit.

Good hotel

Surrounding streets lined with parked cars, pavements in poor repair Rubbish bins overflowing, litter strewn over pavements and road.

Pros: hyvä siisti kuntosali ja aurinkoinen terassi/parveke
Siisti moderni hotelli ihan hyvällä sijainnilla jopa kävellen Vatikaaniin. Aamupala melko yksinkertainen.
