Rude receptionist and kitchen staff. Breakfast buffet never full stocked had to ask for milk about 5 times. The location is good walking distance to the Vatican and buses to the airport but the facilities are not great. Our bathroom had mould round the edges, the walls were cracking, and the mattress wasn’t comfortable a at all. Wouldn’t stay here again

Das Hotel ist gut, wir hatten ein Schlafzimmer und zusätzlich eine kleine Wohnstube. Wir reisten im April, wodurch wir das Zimmer mit seinen 20 Grad als sehr kalt empfanden. Es ist sehr ringhörig, man hört den Nachbarn oben sehr gut. Auch eine Dachterrasse gibt es nicht (wie auf den Bildern ersichtlich). Die Betten sind sehr weich. Jedoch war das Frühstücksbuffet sehr gut, das Personal mit Ausnahme des einen Herrn an der Reception sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Alles in einem aber war unser Aufenthalt gut!

Hotel ist sehr gut.Aber Ich muss erzählen dass, eine Mitarbeiterin der Rezeption "Ich sehe nicht (von PC) ob Sie Rechnung von Hotel bezahlt oder nicht"...Dann habe ich gesagt "Wir haben über Ebookers.de alles rezerviert"... Ich habe das sehr interesant gefunden ,weil so etwas nie ich gehört habe...Und Erste Tag wollte HotelNH unsere Kredit Karte nummer und sofort gespeichert PC.....

Sehr schönes Hotel an top Lage.

Sehr zentral gelegenes Hotel aber trotzdem ruhig gelegen. Das Hotel bietet einen excellenten Service. Die Zimmer sind gross, sehr sauber und die Betten bequem. Ich werde dieses Hotel wieder buchen!

Wochenende mit Freundin!

Sehr schönes, sauberes und gepflegtes Hotel in sehr guter Lage. Zentrum Roms in 15 Gehminuten erreichbar. Engelsburg und Vatikan in unmittelbarer Nähe. Zur nächsten Metrostation ca. 5 Minuten Fußweg! Preis/Leistungsverhältnis absolut in Ordnung. Frühstücksbuffet einfach unschlagbar. Würde dieses Hotel immer wieder buchen.

Tiptop für Städtetrip

3 Nächte über Silvester im NH, war tiptop! Das Zimmer war sauber, jeden Tag geputzt. Beim Frühstück gab's eine grosse Auswahl mit Früchten, Joghurt, Brot, Choco-Croissant, frische Fruchtsäfte, Rührei, Speck, uvm. An der Reception waren sie sehr hilfreich, wir haben gute Restaurant-Tipps bekommen. Gleich um die Ecke vom NH gibt's eine tolle Pizzeria! Vom Hotel aus sind es nur ca. 10 min bis zur Engelsburg oder dem Vatikan, also ideal um gleich früh morgens vor den Massen dort zu sein. Im Zimmer gab's gratis Wifi mit guter Verbindung. Und es gibt sogar ein early bird Frühstück (Kaffee, Saft, Croissants), sehr praktisch wenn man früh zum Flughafen muss. Für eine Städtereise sehr zu empfehlen.
