A touch of history and luxury

My grandfather and two uncles served with the Holland America line and I remember the stories they told me of their days at sea when I was a young boy. My expectations of the SS Rottetdam were very high and I am delighted to say that all my expectations were not only met, but exceeded. A super ship with lovely facilities and exceptionally friendly and diligent staff. I hope to return for another stay in the not too distant future but in the meantime, to all at SS Rotterdam, well done and thank you for such a wonderful experience.

Cozy place but very plain

The rooms are normal but with a gorgeous ship them going on the window is dirty so you can't see much .... It's infested with old people and the facilities are boring and placed in a the worst order possible ... The staff is friendly ... My favorite is if I am mistaken mr. Danny and another Moroccan worker but I forgot his name pleasent to talk to and very informative

Fantastic Weekend

The SS Rotterdam is a superb floating hotel situated in a very quiet area of the docks. Everything about our 3 night stay exceeded our expectations. The room was very quiet, spacious, well presented and well laid out. Breakfast was excellent with so much choice it was very difficult not to over indulge. Staff were all very friendly and helpful and there was excellent entertainment provided in the bar by a pianist who indulged us all by singing literally anything we asked. Fantastic 3 days. Thank you SS Rotterdam

Hauskaa oli yöpyä oikeassa loistoristeilijässä. Aamupala oli todella hyvä ja laaja! Miinuksena oli, että illallista ei saanut kuin yhdestä paikasta ja siihen piti varata pöytä.

Het cruise gevoel komt weer geheel boven

Na een aantal cruise te hebben gemaakt, was het heel leuk om dat gevoel in Rotterdam op de ssrotterdam weer te krijgen. We werden buiten al verwelkomd, wat het verwen gevoel alleen maar ten goede komt, prima hut, klein maar zo is dat op een boot, de badkamer was netjes en schoon, kastje op de kamer had een beetje last van een stof laagje!!! De Pionabar was gezellig, heerlijk ontbijt, kortom een super verblijf gehad.
