I gave 2 stars as the people there were really friendly. Traffic was awful, not their fault. Next time i will make sure any medical stuff is not on the same weekend as a big concert, my fault. Parking was great, I walk in and was greeted by a friendly female at the desk; I'm bad with names but she was great. I checked in, got my keys and went upstairs to my room. Tried the keys for about 5 or 6 minutes, went back down stairs...she fixed them and I went to go try again...took about 5 minutes but I finally got in. The comforter was dirty and the room looked a bit dingy as well. I went to shower and there were only 2 small towels, 2 rags and a floor towel. The water pressure was not very good and I couldn't figure out the showerhead setting without feeling like it was going to break. I struggle with getting to sleep and staying asleep normally and with the teip for health reasons my sleep was almost nonexistent, so I'm sure that had a role to play as well, but the mattress was so hard I felt like I was laying on concrete. The pillows however were very comfortable. I won't be staying there again.

Great hotel if you have to fly SLC

Good value for price. Hotel was clean, quiet and comfortable. Breakfast was a nice variety of choices. Location was convenient for the airport or Amtrak train station (I don’t know about public transportation to transport locales but they have a shuttle - I had my own car).

Stayed two nights. Comfy bed, quiet, easy to park, friendly staff, great breakfast with multiple options. Only negative is the shower in the room was pretty dated. Did the job though. Would stay here again!

Rooms / hallways were outdated and in need of basic repairs. Sheets and bed were clean. Pillows were not the most comfortable. Shower/bathroom needs caulking and updated. Rooms felt humid even with A/C. A little overpriced for the facilities. If you need a quick late night place to sleep, sure. But if you need a facility for more than that, I would recommend a different hotel.

Property was fine hotel was clean, bedding and mattress was comfortable. Windows seriously need outside wash. NEED TO CLEARLY STATE IN THIS 3 STORY BUILDING THERE IS NO ELEVATOR ACCESS. MY HUSBAND USES A WALKER AND CANNOT CLIMB STAIRS. We reserved a 2 queen beds and learned it was on the 2nd floor. Then had to downgrade to a single double bed room because it was on the 1st floor and there was no discount given. Didn't set right with me.
