Excellent hotel

Amazing staff and hotel. The rooms were clean and beds and linens wonderful. I will stay here again! Thanks for a great visit! Right on river walk. Only thing negative is the valet. We paid $53 plus tax per night to valet and waited 30 minutes when we checked out to get our car.

At first glance at the hotel room we got into.. I observed the tables and nightstands was dusty and there was no water bottles at all in our room. On our last night staying here at the hotel.. we had cigarette smell seeping into our bathroom and bedroom. I also noticed that the bathroom needed to be cleaned up from caulking the tub. It looks unprofessional. Is this a 4 stars or a 2 stars?

We've stayed here before staff is always friendly, however this time around both nights that we stayed there was no towels in the pool area. We called serval times but no one bothered to take some..I requested room service and it took them more than 6 hrs to go and clean. Very disappointed

This hotel is absolutely lovely! I will definitely return. The room we had was extremely spacious, clean and comfortable. The view from the bedroom was really nice as well. Access to the Riverwalk was right outside the rear exit of the hotel -- very convenient! All of the staff were extremely friendly and helpful -- Thurston with the concierge desk especially. We moved to another hotel for the latter part of our trip to San Antonio, but quickly realized that was a huge mistake and wished we had stayed put. The restaurant level provides a very cozy & chill vibe to hang out. 10/10 definitely recommend.
