Ive stayed here a few times before. But this time the rooms were extremely dirty. Bugers smeared on the wall, old dried spit that ran down the walls. The faucets in the shower was very loose and there appeared to be black mold on the wall. I usually stayed there because its a short walk to The Alamo and to Market Square, but i really feel the owners could give it a touch up, and focus on good housekeeping.

There is no handicap parking anywhere near the accessible room we were given. There was a ramp but had to park very far way.

Considering the price point, this motel 6 met all the expectations. The room and bed were clean enough and the AC was working well for my unit. Parking is available in front of units. I arrived there late in the evening and the host was available and greeted. Had a good stay.

The room was decent for what I paid in the area I stayed. Right down the street from the Riverwalk and market Square so it was convenient. There was construction while I was there which made navigating a little more difficult. Overall, the room was OK and clean. The bed is not so comfortable, but like I said for the price, it was nice.

Decent cheap place to stay close to downtown SA area if you're on a budget. Only qualm I have is that their key card stopped working after 1 night of staying there. They reprogrammed it and told us to not let it touch your phone. I understand how it can have an effect but most hotel key cards are pretty resistant to electric or magnetic interference from my experience staying at other hotel/motels. I advise fixing the key card issue.
