Your staff member Jen, went above and beyond the call of duty to mail us a mobile phone we left or lost on the property. She taught us how to create the mailing label and follow the shipping process. Without her very excellent customer service, we would be spending a lot of money on a new phone. Hotel was under construction therefore amenities were not what they could have been. It would have been nice to have been notified ahead of booking that facility was under construction. Noise level was never an issue but full display of breakfast and social hour amenities would have been great. Room was spacious but bathtub could have been cleaner. Air conditioning worked the best from most places I have stayed.

Room was a complete wreck. The furniture was broken. There were moth holes in the curtains. Stains on the floor. Breakfast was terrible. The hot tub was set to about 94 degrees (Luke warm). It’s not all Staybridge locations. Just this one at 1604 and 281 in San Antonio. 10 out of 10 won’t boom here again.

The staff was nice but unfortunately I did not feel safe with the construction going on. Would have been nice to have known about the construction prior to arrival. The hotel room was clean but all in desperate need of updating. Which I guess is what they are doing with the construction

Room very clean, we like the shampoo and soap dispensers. Breakfast was amazing with many choices and some different choices the 2nd morning. Even with the construction of the new lobby which was almost done, it is a very nice hotel with great staff and would stay here again.

Property was under renovation when we reached , half of the area was closed because of that. It should have been specified while booking that work would be going on as we had a kid with us and didn’t want him running into machines or any kind if dust etc.
