Spent the night here after arriving from the US. The property is absolutely beautiful. We ate at the restaurant because we were wiped out after traveling all day. Breakfast was terrific, fresh and lots of choices, plus excellent coffee. Dinner, drinks and desserts were divine. This is an older hotel with a bit of that “funky” wet smell in some carpeted areas, but that was my only complaint. Pool and grounds were gorgeous and well maintained.

Outstanding stay! We came for the gardens, and they did not disappoint. They were beautiful and extremely well maintained. The gardeners were great and helped us locate some birds. We were equally impressed with the hotel. It is a lovely building with comfortable rooms. The restaurant is fantastic and the complimentary breakfast is wonderful.
