We are really sorry to read that you didn't enjoy your stay. When you book a bungalow the cleaning is every 2 days and the room ladies will clean the bungalow only if the guests are not inside (because of the Covid situation). The towels will be changed every two days if left on the floor of the bathroom (we have a lot of ecofriendly guests who don't want to change them); if the guests need them to be changed more often, the ladies are always at their disposal. As you read on our website the resort is not on the beach but the beach is 400m from the resort (5-10min by feet). We are a bit surprised to learn that you didn't enjoy the food: in our restaurant everything is homemade and we use local products mostly from Bibione and its surroundings. As you surely saw, the resort gives a sense of safety, that's the reason why a lot of families choose the Lino delle Fate. If you wish a quieter holiday we can definitely suggest the law season, during which you can enjoy the silence and the nature.

Es tut uns sehr leid, dass Sie Ihren Aufenthalt nicht geniessen könnten, hätten Sie etwas an der Rezeption bzw. der Direktion mitgeteilt, dann hätten wir sicher Massnahmen ergreifen können. Was dem Einchecken betrifft, können wir Ihnen sagen, dass alle Bungalows und Zimmer sind ab 16 Uhr zusichert (wie laut Vertrag). Die Gäste können auch früher anreisen und Pools und Strand benutzen aber, meistens am Wochenende, schaffen wir die Bungalows vor 16 Uhr nicht zu sanifizieren und vorbereiten. Sie verstehen sicher wie wichtig es ist, alles gut zu reinigen und sanifizieren.
