Rooms are clean. The cabinet drawer and doors need updating. Hotel centrally located with a big mall across the street with restaurants and fast food restaurants as well throughout the area. The hotel is very active usually from Saturday through Sunday with all the ball rooms and outside gathering space that they have. Four out of the seven days that we stayed there there was always some type of ballroom activity from weddings to corporate events. Downside the Concierge service is very poor. The concierge personnel was really never there when needed and could not accommodate or recommend anyone else to provide tour service if they were booked. Also not far from the Historic Center where all the action was happening during Christmas holidays. But overall good hotel to stay for the area.

We only had one morning to rest, and at 8:30 AM someone knocked on our door insisting on whether we had any laundry to wash—completely unnecessary and disruptive. Check-in was slow, no one greeted us, and the lobby restrooms were filthy. Th breakfast staff is very nice the food is ok not great. The beds were comfortable and the towels were large and nice, but overall the stay was not worth the price. Hyatt Centric offers far better service, food, and location
