I had reserved a deluxe double bed with balcony and fireplace and we were given a regular double bed. There was no price adjustment and I was told all the deluxe rooms were full and/or were being remodeled. The floor where we were placed was also being worked on, the corridors were half painted and not very clean.

Nice stay

Our stay was nice. The room has been renovated. We were on the 4th floor with a balcony. The shower is a bit tricky because of there the water sprays and the door opening. It was a pretty steady 72 degrees, so if you like it cooler at night that’s not really possible. Bed and pillows are comfortable. It looks like the carpet in all the rooms is being replaced with new lvp. It’s not noisy at all. Hopefully the carpet in the halls is next? Just needs a refresh in the lobby. It’s a beautiful property and a great location.

When we checked in we were charged an additional resort fee. A section of that fee was designated for gym use, which is completely closed due to renovation. The woman took my card and didn’t even tell me what I was being charged for. I had to ask. There is construction being done on our floor. Why would not apologize for the inconvenience? The AC is the room is broken, so we were tossing and turning all night. We went for a cocktail around 9:15, the bartender was so nasty and rude and told us she was closing down. At 9:15? Lastly, the ‘resort’ area had little to no lights so it was a hazard to use the hot tub. Additionally, the hot tub water so hot it almost burnt our skin. I can’t believe I wasted $230 on this room.

Was initially checked into a room that was less than what I paid for, and there is a lot of work being done on the hotel. The fire alarm went off twice as a false alarm. The carpet looks like it’s been here since they opened the hotel. The room is a decent size. The location is ideal and the people are nice.

Horrible experience with the hotel not having the room we booked and placing us in a room that had remodeling going on across the hall which meant the ice machine and furniture were directly in front of our room the entire stay. Everyime we went out or returned, there were the stacks of stuff directly in front of our room. I spoke to the front desk and they shrugged it off as part of the remodel. Young lady could did not care about any issue we had.

My good friend and I spent the weekend to celebrate my 50th birthday! The wait staff at the restaurant recommended Ten Thousand Waves where we had a great spa day and dinner. The hotel is clean, quiet and convenient. We love the convenience of the hotel because it’s close to everything! We will be back!
