I am so happy I selected this hotel! It was in the perfect area. The room is big and clean. The staff are amazing and helpful. The cafe had the best coffee I've tried. We ate everyday in the restaurant or by the pool. The food and drinks was amazing. The best part was the club and casino was so much fun! I am definitely coming back again.

I’ve been staying in this hotel every time I’ve traveled to the Dominican Republic for the past 20 years and honestly the service has downgraded significantly in the last 3 years. However, the ladies assigned to my floor, Veronica, Iluminada and their supervisor Solenny were able to leave a better taste and encourage me to return and give the hotel another chance. Ariel M.

The hotel was an excellent choice — conveniently located and close to everything we wanted to see and do. The casino, however, didn’t quite live up to the same standard. The food was generally good, though a bit inconsistent. The chicken wings, especially the “chicken singa,” seemed to change size daily — one day they were juicy and meaty, and the next they were small and dry. We also had a disappointing experience when trying to get a player’s card at the casino; the manager simply ignored us, which was frustrating. Despite those minor issues, I still absolutely love the Dominican Republic and this hotel. I’d definitely come back and would recommend it to others.
