O hotel é muito bom, tem tudo , piscina externa, piscina coberta, bar, restaurante, academia, mas achei que o quarto precisa de uma reforminha ( pintura, o banheiro está antigo). Porém os funcionários são muito agradáveis e gostaria de deixar aqui meus parabéns pela simpatia, atendimento do funcionário do restaurante Leyvon. Ele ama o que faz, e trata os clientes muuuuito bem, fora seus drinks que são lindos e ótimos. Merece uma promoção!!!!

A localização do hotel é muito boa , salvo que as praias são cerca de 10 km do local . Meu problema foi no checkin , a atendente foi muito prestativa mas deu informação errada sobre o pagamento da acomodação , disse que seria tudo pago na saída e parcelado em 6x desde que a parcela mínima fosse 200,00 , mas no segundo dia de estadia foi debitado o total nomeu cartão . Fui na recepção , e não resolveram o problema .

Muito atenciosos.

Excelente atendimento. Quartos muito limpos. Como estava chovendo, aproveitamos bastante as atividades internas, mesmo não sendo o propósito do hotel. Como dica ao hotel: Poderia ter uma sala de cinema para esses tipos de dias. :) Mas foi tudo bom. Sobre o restaurante anexo ao hotel: Nós achamos a comida muito salgada. Quem for comer e se incomodar com isso, pode já pedir para eles colocarem menos sal.
