Ótimo casa e condomínio bem estruturado

Tudo muito bom, condomínio com boa estrutura, comércio próximo, fácil acesso a praia e anfitrião (Leandro) gente boa demais.Apenas um apontamento: realizar atualização das tomadas elétricas e se instalar ar condicionado na parte inferior fica imbatível.

Ótima casa em condomínio fechado com piscina, que acomoda bem 10 pessoas. Estacionamento limitado a 2 carros. Um pouco longe (a pé) da praia e do comércio da cidade.

A casa é muito boa, grande, todos os quartos tem banheiro e ar condicionado, a sala é ampla e a area externa é agradavel. O condominio tem uma boa estrutura, piscina e os funcionarios sao simpaticos. A localização não é das melhores pois é um pouco longe da praia (precisa ir de carro), mas no final da rua ja esta o centrinho onde tem restaurantes, mercado e shopping. A casa tem vaga para até 3 carros porém é muito dificil de estacionar dada a falta de espaço. No geral gostamos muito da nossa estadia e pretendemos voltar!!

Recomendo, otima casa, com ar condicionado inclusive, toda avarandada e otima distribuição. Condominio tranquilo, bonito, fora a piscina que estava otima. Nao conhecia juquey e tudo de muito bom gosto. excelente custo beneficio.

Passei o Carnaval com meus pais e filha pequena e adoramos a casa e o condomínio. O proprietário foi muito atencioso e não tivemos nenhum problema em nossa estadia. Tudo funcionou perfeitamente e casa é muito aconchegante e espaçosa. Com certeza vamos voltar outras vezes!

Boa casa!!

Excelente casa! Atendeu todas as expectativas, estava limpa, bom espaço para churrasco e área de lazer (piscina), e é conforme demonstrado nas fotos. O Sr. Leandro respondeu sempre com agilidade e esclareceu todas as dúvidas. Os funcionários (tanto portaria, quanto limpeza) sempre atencioso! Não tivemos nenhum problema. Entretanto, como estávamos com uma criança de 2 anos, precisamos ir com um carro, visto que é um pouco afastado da praia. Recomendo e voltarei a alugá-la.

Very comfortable and clean!

Our stay at Leandro's home was very comfortable. The outside BBQ area is very nice, and the outdoor shower with hot water was perfect after a day at the beach. The house was immaculate and seems to be a newer construction home. The only downside to the house is that it is a little far from the beach. It is possible to walk, but with small children, it’s probably better to drive. The upside though is that it is very close to restaurants, grocery stores, pharmacy, etc. which was very convenient especially since it rained most of the week we there! Leandro was very nice and got in touch with me after my stay to make sure that everything went okay. We hope to be back in the very near future!
