had car parked at hotel. Called from airport at 10:45 PM and was told no drivers were available until the next shift at 11:00 PM. Driver finally showed up at 11:40 PM. We stayed at the hotel for the for the shuttle and parking. Unacceptable customer service. Next time will choose airport parking or other hotel with reliable shuttle service.

We stayed there nov 4th and 19th front desk wa awesome room was good however when we. Got into the truck to go home someone had tryed cutting out the catalytic converter. I would suggest that the parking permit not displaying day coming in and out .thank you

Customer service was very poor and the ladies on front was not helpful, we order hotel for 5 people and unfortunately got only 3 sets of towels, called front desk to get 2 more sets and never got any. Also in early morning when we very checking out the lady was very rude and was harassing us because of our accent.
