The hotel itself was nice and clean but there was a team of teenage boys staying there and they were playing volleyball and other sports in the middle of the hotel making it hard for guest to walk around. They were also loud kicking the ball late and night and started again at 6:00 am.

Wonderful Stay and Customer Service

My stay was great! I was greeted at the front desk with these two extremely friendly ladies. Lauren was super helpful, and I received amazing customer service from her. Made my son and I feel very welcomed and provided us with a lot of great information on Seattle. Just had a great time and will definitely be going back on our next trip to Seattle!

Satisfactory stay as always. The couch in the room we were in has seen better days. Cushions were flat with seating imprints and was uncomfortable to sleep on. Room was clean, and ready on time. Kids loved the pool, although it could have been warmer. The staff were friendly.

Great stay here, big selection on free breakfast with an in-house customized omelet bar! The rooms were clean and ready for us, staff was accommodating to our needs and helped us out right away if we had something that needed to be checked on or restocked. My family talked about how well priced this hotel was, we have stayed at more expensive hotels that didn't have 1/2 of what this one did!

Party central

Buyer beware! This hotel is known for people using its rooms for kids birthday parties. I was unfortunate enough to get a room next to a very rowdy room for of no less than 10 12 year old girls. Complaining 3 times to the front desk did nothing, even when I told them that the girls were banging on the walls. No comp was offered, I was simply told that it was kids, and a common problem. I had to actually ask the front desk if they had a max capacity rule, and he acted like he had never even thought of it.

Good and bad. Food quality and taste not great. Pull out sofa terribly uncomfortable (not sleep-able). Elevators not working. Rooms were clean and spacious. Starbucks across the street was a bonus since food wasn’t great. Nice and quiet.

Lauren at Front Desk was amazing! Book your stay!!

My stay was amazing for my birthday weekend! Lauren was an absolute dream!!! Customer service was lovely at front desk & she made sure to take care of my friends and I to make the weekend special. Would totally recommend others to stay at the Embassy Suites in Bellevue. Pool and hot tub was clean, hot breakfast in the morning was tasty and quite filling with different of options to choose from. For someone who doesn’t leave a review often I would give this hotel a 4.5/5 star rating. Only thing was that the elevator is under maintenance but they’re in the process of fixing it!!

I enjoyed the property. Beautiful set up. Breakfast was pretty good! Love that the pool cuts off the access for children under 17 at 10 pm. But allows adults to keep enjoying for two hours. Room was unbelievably beautiful, bigger than expected, two TVs and two bathrooms. Loved the set up of the room as well.
