Clean and comfortable. Kitty-korner from Neptune Theater. We had the handicap room with full-tiled bathroom, and it echoed like crazy, so our privacy wasn't great. We could hear everyone in the hallway, but the clientele are not rowdy, so it didn't matter. The room was tastefully decorated and the bed was very nice. No fridge or microwave, but it's a downtown hotel, so not surprising.

The pictures on the wall are so unnecessary. One of it looks like a ghost at night once the lights are off. A carpet would be ideal in king size bed rooms just for families traveling with toddlers. I had to dump most of my pumped breast milk also coz there was no fridge to store it. Otherwise it was a good place

Best thing that stood out about our stay was the friendly staff. The quickness to help we were pretty impressed. The location of the hotel was also close to many restaurants and the university. We would definitely stay here again.
