The Graduate Seattle is usually a really good hotel. This visit, however, they were woefully understaffed, which is surprising since they have been acquired by Hilton. Our thermostat did not work and no one ever came to look at it during our 3 day stay. We requested more body wash for the shower, and that only arrived after we asked 3 times over a 24 hour period. Everyone there is nice, but this isn’t the quality we are used to there

The roof top restaurant was by far my absolute, favorite, beautiful views great service. The ambience was amazing. Definitely will be back. The coffee shop was a nice perk after a night out.

Had to pay for valet parking and then my car was never ready when I used the text service for a speedy pickup. Also my room didn’t have a fridge and that surprised me a bit, would have appreciated that! Otherwise it was a beautiful clean room, great view and good location.

All the staff are very friendly and helpful. A perfect and safe hotel to stay at while in Seattle for my husband’s medical procedure at the UW Hospital. Would recommend to any family going through stress of medical procedures. One less thing to worry about.

Unexpectedly Lovely Hotel!

This was a 1-night stay for us. We live about 2hrs from downtown and came until the city for a concert. Venue was directly across the street - super convenient! Parking is valet only but nice to have. There is so much within walking distance that we didn't need our vehicle after it was parked. Service at valet & check-in was fast & friendly. Room was well appointed, clean, and relatively spacious (for our needs). Floors are all tile (it's a pet friendly hotel), so you might want slippers or socks if it's winter time. Bed was amazingly comfortable. Will definitely return if/when we visit the area again!

Our whole stay at the hotel was a good experience. It started with the valet, Amuni, who was a nice and pleasant young man to the pleasant and friendly people on the front desk to the good meal we had in the bar to the very pleasant room with a very comfortable bed to our exit with a pleasant staff and a nice valet. A real plus hotel near hospital that we had appointment at. All greatly appreciated.

Overall stay was good, does give like old style but it wasnt bad. Windows can open up which if youre high up with small children id keep an eye on the children because it does open up big enough for a kid to fall out. We also asked for a mini fridge which they said they would bring up and it was never brought up to our room.
