Peaceful area and spacious room with friendly staf

Not really a sea view, was sideways on so you had to stick your head out the window to see the seaview. Room was spacious and clean and the staff were very friendly. Good bus links and restaurants nearby with a 7/11 across the road and a small convenience store by reception. The area was very quiet so we slept well.

The best part of the Eastern Hotel is the price. It is a small room with fewer amenities and unfriendly front desk people, but you can stay here for affordable prices. Young front desk staff were very unfriendly and so ignorant when asked which restaurants were recommended. The room was so hot but you could turn the AC. I don't think that the hotel restaurant is good (I didn't try), you can walk down 10 mins to find good restaurants.

La chambre est très grande. J'avais vue sur la mer. Le lit double est immense alors c'était très confortable. Il y a un service payant pour utiliser machine à laver et sèche linge. C'est un service super pratique pour amener moins de vêtements avec soi.

가격대비 호텔의 만족도는 충분히 인정합니다 하지만 첫 인상인 호텔 프론트 남자 직원의 응대는 좀 아쉽습니다 저녘 체크인때 응대했던 남직원은 서비스 마인드를 좀더 고취 시켰으면 좋겠습니다 손님 질문과 응대에 무뚝뚝함과 그리고 권위 의식을 가지고 고객을 대한다면 서비스에 특화된 호텔의 품격과 퀄리티를 하락 시킬것입니다. 반면 다음날 오전 체크 아웃할때 나이드신 여자 직원분의 상냥한 말투와 미소는 하룻밤 가졌던 불편한 감정을 누그려트릴 정도로 기분좋은 응대였습니다. 한마디 다정한 말과 미소 친절함이 고객 마음을 이렇게 바꿀수 있습니다. 다음 방문시 이런점을 고쳐주시면 더많은 고객으로 부터 인정받고 번창하는 호텔이 될듯 합니다

편안한 제주여행시 도움이 되는 호텔이었어요^^

제주 여행시 숙소에 대한 여러 생각이 드는데 개인적으로 호텔이용시 여러 부대시설을 잘 사용하지 않은 1일으로 저같은 숙박객은 적합한 호텔이라고 생각합니다.룸 업그레이드를 해주셔서 바다전망, 넓은 침대로 숙박할 수 있어서 감사드리고 주차장이 추가로 되어 있지만 1~2분 거리여서 불편하지는 않았습니다. 1층 행인들의 담배매연과 인근 피트니스에서의 운동소리가 새벽에 들려 놀라기도 했지만 대체로 만족스러운 숙박이었습니다. 코로나에 대한 일상접근도 많이 완화되었는데 아침 조식 신청에 대한 의견을 드립니다.

어둡고 낡았지만 뷰는 좋은곳

간접조명 밖에 없어서 굉장히 어둡고 낙후되었으나 관리가 전혀 안되고 있는 느낌. 침대도 최악이였고 슬리퍼도 굉장히 지저분했으나 모든걸 상쇄시키는 뷰. 범섬이 잘보여서 그건 너무 좋았음

저렴한가격에 깨끗하긴하지만 주차가 기계주차라 조금 불편하고 호텔내 편의시설이 거의 전무하다시피 해서 모든걸 밖에나가서 해결해야하는게 좀 불편한거 빼곤 나름 괜찮아요 지하에 식당도 있는거같던데 간단한 조식이라도 먹을수 있었음 더 좋았을꺼 같네요
