This hotel was wonderful in every way but the staff were truly exceptional - extremely helpful, gracious, friendly and lovely. The room was spacious, the mattress comfortable, daily housekeeping was meticulous, the bathroom was good sized, the shower was roomy and WiFi was excellent. The location of the hotel was also ideal for me. Subways are convenient and many sights are within walking distance. I have to close with more praise for the staff - they went above and beyond in their efforts to ensure my stay was perfect!! Thank you to the staff!!! One gentleman in particular helped me recover my phone which I accidentally left in the taxi upon arriving at the hotel. Needless to say, there were several hours of uncertainty but he worked tirelessly to help out and by midnight, my phone was returned! Only in South Korea!😊
