The hotel staff was friendly, the hotel was very clean, and the bed was super comfortable. My only issue was I thought the breakfast when I booked the hotel, but you had to pay for it, so I ended up getting breakfast at a convenience store nearby, since it was a lot cheaper. Otherwise, it was a great stay

Beautiful place to stay, not great for remote work

Loved the larger room style. Staff was attentive and always helpful- especially with navigating transportation to the airport. I strongly encourage folks to reach out ahead of time to ask the hotel the best way to get to and from the airport. I loved the bath tub design and the lighting was wonderful along with the long countertop. I just wish there had been a better setup to support remote work. When I requested a chair with a back, I was informed there aren't any. There were some signs of wear in the bathroom specifically with grout.

I love that they had a bath tub in my unit. Also , it was important to have a hand held shower head. It was great to have these features especially after surgery.

Generally good, but minor points to improve

Check in was quick, efficient and professional, in English language. Staff were polite, professional and helpful. The room was spacious and clean, but minor points let down the overall experience: the mattress on the bed was very hard, the air conditioning caused running water sounds constantly at low but noticeable volume. I could not work out how to make the television work - turning it on left a vacant HDMI screen which I couldn't tune to a channel. Bathroom and shower were spacious and clean. The location was convenient, only a short distance from a Metro station and plenty of restaurants. The COEX conference venue was 15 minutes walk away. Staff delivered an iron to the room within minutes of request.

The room has great space and the gym is huge! They also offer classes! I took a reformer Pilates and a Yoga class during my stay. Love Love Love!! I’m coming back again!

The staff is kind and friendly and the hotel is comfortable and nicely situated close to the subway station and restaurants. The shower walls need a thorough scrubbing but everything else was clean.
