Rooms are in excellent condition, beds are clean and comfortable, in-room pour over coffee is a nice touch. Staff is excellent, facilities are on the small side but easy to access and excellent (gym, coin laundry). Location is superb, very close to subway line 2, and about a 15minute walk to COEX. Not in the middle of all the tourist action, but very easy to get anywhere via metro. On-site food is great as well, convenience store less than a block away. Highly recommend!

Great location & the staff was very nice & the maids were so sweet. The pillows were nice and soft. Laundry room was clean & the gym was clean. We were there in December and even though it was about 17-30 degrees outside when we were there, our room was hot. (71f+.)The AC was not working and they told us to open a window which we did. We kept the curtains shut to stop the solar gain and the room would still not get below 71. Which might be okay for some people. No top sheet either. Comforter seemed to be down and was warm so we couldn’t use it. When I looked at the hotel from across the street, there were quite a few windows open of people trying to cool off their rooms. Considering the poor air quality in S. Korea, one might consider staying somewhere else if you like it cooler.

This is the hotel I keep coming back to every time I am in town: great location, clean room, bedding, and great hospitality. There are plenty of restaurants and cafes nearby, with easy access to the subway station too. Will be back again.
