Avoid booking at L7 GANGNAM by LOTTE – Terrible customer service I had a terrible experience with this hotel. I accidentally booked the wrong dates and made the reservation at the same time as a friend. While they helped my friend and changed his reservation without any issues, they refused to help me and charged me for the entire stay. Their customer service was completely unhelpful and inconsiderate. I will never recommend this hotel to anyone.

It was clean and the staff are professional and very friendly and helpful. COEX mall is within walking distance, along with other places. Loved this place! I even got some welcome goodies from them, along with some water and snacks!!!

A hair was found in the rice for breakfast. It is judged that attention should be paid to food cleanliness. In the United States, restaurants or hotels that provide meals do not charge for such cases. However, they gave a bottle of drink and no further compensation.

Nice hotel with good amenities. However, you will have to find these amenities for yourself since no one on the staff will tell you even if you ask. The information that is not clear or posted anywhere should be posted on the hotel TV channel.
