This hotel offers great value for money, making it an excellent choice for travelers looking for comfort and convenience without overspending. The rooms are clean, modern, and well-maintained, providing a pleasant and relaxing stay. Its central location in Luohu is a major highlight. The hotel is just about a 10-minute walk from the Luohu–Hong Kong border, making cross-border travel very easy. Luohu Commercial City Mall is only a 5-minute walk away, perfect for shopping and dining. The Luohu Subway Station is just 2 minutes away on foot, offering quick access to the rest of Shenzhen. Shenzhen Train Station is also within a 5-minute walk, and Dongmen Plaza, a popular shopping area, can be reached in about 15 minutes. Overall, a highly convenient and comfortable option, especially for those wanting to stay in the heart of Luohu.

Huge disappointment given its Shangri la logo. Very outdated inside out. Shower set didn’t function properly. Room toilet trash bin was left unattended for days. The cleaning staff threw away all my shaver accessories. Lots of smoking smell inside the hotel and along the corridor.

The room was decent, and the massage service was reasonably priced and friendly. They didn’t charge much for the actual package and only asked for a RMB 40 tip per hour, which still made the overall cost very reasonable. The location is excellent, as it’s right next to Shenzhen Railway Station and the Luohu Commercial Center.

Staff were courteous. Room was clean but dark. I was initially placed in a room at the far corner with no view....ie made the room even darker. I went back to reception to ask them to move me and there were no issues. They moved me without question to face the mountains and the train station ...so it felt brighter and more lively. I appreciated that they didnt give me any hard time with this request. It made me more comfortable being a lone traveller. Ample amenities. This hotel is convenient. Lots of food and close to hong kong border. Lobby is bright and nicely decorated but hallways and the rooms are old and dated.

Excellent location for people travelling in from Hong Kong as within 10 min walk from train station. Room are slightly dated but still very good, Cleaners were very good and courteous considering we were always waking up very late and they never complained and ensured our room were clean when we returned. Special mention to the cleaners on the 20th floor on the 27th as we accidentally left one of iphones in the room when we checked out and didn't realize until 2 days later (it was an old spare phone) when we rang the hotel, the cleaning staff had handed it in to the reception and we were able to recover it. Also a special thank you to Cynthia at the front desk for allowing us late check outs and making our check in and check out so smoothly.

Location was excellent, just across the street from Luohu station and is close to metro lines. Check in receptionist was great and lobby personnel Kiki is excellent to help guests with finding locations and transportation options. Rooms are clean and spacious. We didn’t have a chance to try their restaurants but heard good things about them.
