The valet was closed on a Saturday, the busiest night of the week for downtown casinos. I have a big truck that doesnt fit in the parking garage and the bell hop wasn't very helpful on accommodations for a solution. And laughed when i said my truck can't fit in the garage. However, the overall stay was nice. The check in was quick and easy and staff was very helpful and super nice. Aside for the bell hop

Room was nice. The water coming out of the cold faucets in our 7th floor room was warm- hard to take night meds with warm water. Suggest at least one bottle of water be provided in the room for that purpose.

My stay was nice enough… There was no microwave, some stains on the furniture, and the tv is kinda small, but my biggest issue was house keeping. No fresh towels or amenities, no emptying the trash, no vacuuming unless you contact front desk and ask…which I wasn’t made aware of at check in. However, the bathroom is great, the room is spacious, and the view of the city is spectacular! I’d would stay there again, but it probably wouldn’t be my first choice.

The room was clean and comfy. The lady who checked us in was very nice. Park on the 3rd floor, you’ll have easy access to the pedestrian bridge to inside the building (if you’re not doing valet).
