Comfortable bed, the room was clean and fresh. Had a great night's sleep in between international flights. Dinner in the Cosmo was the spaghetti and meatballs, which was quite tasty compared to what I'd had on the airplane. I would recommend it for convenience and for comfort!

It was easy to get there for an overnight transit stay, quick Grab ride from the airport and it was better value than the in-terminal hotels. Room was very quiet and spacious. Staff were nice. We were able to get some food quite late from the onsite restaurant, it was okay. Hotel is older and has some deferred maintenance, there was duct tape holding a glass corner wall in the room which was a bit off-putting. Some mildew in the grout in the shower which I realize in this climate is always challenging. But the room was clean and quiet and we slept well, AC worked well. It was okay and served its purpose. Didn't use pool or explore the surrounding area, we were just there for a quick overnight.

Second time staying at this Dorsett in between flights, and both times I’ve been delighted by the helpfulness of the staff and the standard of the room. Arriving after midnight last night, the check-in process was easy: Vin at reception was most kind and friendly, and helped to make my stay even better than expected. The room was very clean, comfortable and spacious. Despite nearness to the airport, it’s very quiet. The breakfast buffet offers a great variety for different cultures. I will definitely be staying here next time I’m breaking my journey at Singapore. The Dorsett is also great value compared to the accommodation available at the airport!

This hotel is so convenient for transit/short stay travelers as it's about 10 mins and one stop away from Changi Airport on the MRT system. It's a 5 minute walk from the MRT Expo stop and is also next door to a shopping/ food mall. The room itself was great and very clean. It has a fab shower and also a dedicated filtered drinking water tap. Reception staff were very helpful. I was able to take advantage of a shower and freshen up once I'd collected my luggage as I had a flight several hours after my actual check out. Would definitely stay again.
