Very poor breakfast service

The breakfast was a total mess. The bread was old; the food was not an international variety as it used to be when under the (Capri by Fraser Management!!!). Table were cleaned very slowly; food was not replenished at normal intervals. During all of the days I was there there were several items missing from the breakfast buffet.

Our second time staying (and reviewing) Dorsett City Changi. A great hotel choice! Easy access to Changi airport by MRT, very nice room with kitchenette, reverse osmosis filtered water on tap, great breakfast. It’s right at a super shopping mall with grocery store equally close. One more upcoming stay on our trip to SE Asia!

What a great property! We chose this because of its proximity to Changi Airport, just one stop away. A very short walk past shopping centres, restaurants and large FairPrice Xtra grocery and we were at Dorsett. Very quick check in, room was clean and spacious. Outdoor area around the pool, and pool itself was great. Looking forward to our next stay!

Modern & clean hotel close to the airport. Right next door to shopping outlets and a couple of eateries. Whilst it is a short 10 in taxi ride to airport, far cheaper than staying at the Changi Airport hotels.

The rooms are standard clean modern 4 star business standard and hotel is good price for Singapore due to it being a 30- 40 mins subway ride from the centre. We booked a room for 3 people and were disappointed that neither a sofa bed or additional bed was available - the hotel charge $80 per night extra for this so something to be aware of as this isn’t highlighted when you confirm a booking for 3 - it s nice surprise on arrival - otherwise hotel is comfortable and clean and good access to subway and local shopping centre
