We have stayed at the Concorde three times and have been made to feel very welcome and found the standard of service exceptional by every member of staff. It is a very clean hotel hotel in an ideal location. The only small criticism I would make is that there is no mirror available with suitable lighting to apply make up.

Great location with friendly service. The breakfast was fantastic, offering a wide and varied selection. The lobby felt modern and inviting, and the pool area was spacious and well-maintained. The only downside was that our room felt quite outdated and had a noticeable damp, musty smell, which gave the impression of possible moistureissues."

Recommended for location but basic

Excellent location and good service. Slightly dated facilities but would recommend. Cleaned to reasonable standard but no in depth cleaning (we had to retrieve a toy from under the bunk bed which was gross!) Pool was great option. Breakfast nothing to rave about; the food court in neighboring shopping centre much better choices.

Good location

Overrated and overpriced for the hotel itself. Dirty, rundown, hard to get in/out of the hotel if you have stroller or wheelchair. Housekeeping team are helpful but you can tell they have bad management. The only positive point is the location. Right on Orchard Street.

Great property located on Orchard road with easy access to shopping, restaurants and public transport. Room was nice however lacked sufficient lighting which made the room dark at night. Otherwise staff were attentive, room was clean and quiet.
