We had just stayed in the room 1908, the water not so good, sometimes hot and sometimes turn cold, 1 second is cold and 1 second is hot, very hard to bathe, the bathtub is very dirty also. We are the regular customer staying in this Hotel, the room was nice and comfortable except for this time. Our next stay will be on 18th Apr for 4 days 3 nights, hope we can get a better room during our next stay. Thanks & Regards Henry Goh

We were travelling for holiday with our elderly parent. We booked 2 seperate rooms separately. We supposed to have our rooms in 2 different wings (building), however the reception was very kind to put us together in a connecting room. The hotel have plenty space to sit and relax and also kids place area.Overall, was very pleasant stay for us

We arrived very late from the Airport and were suppose to check in ourselves. After a 55 hour trip, we asked for assistance and she gave us a room from a totally different category. We went back - new room. Still wrong category, but at least two beds. We were too tired to complain. The room was in the tropical wing - it was horrific. I have never seen a room so worn down. The door frames in the bathroom were rotten - just an example. We complained and got a better room in the other wing - with a king bed, but at least the bed was comfy. But the elevator noise was very present the whole time. After two sleepless nights we ask for a different room away from the elevator, but that is difficult to find. The hotel was full (bus tours from India) and at least we got a room which was quiet, but the mattress was from the last century and you could feel every coil. Housekeeping was trying to give us a topper, but they don't really have such things. We got something to lay on, but it was not really comfortable. We would not recommend the hotel when you like to stay a few days longer. Especially, the breakfast was very boring. Every day the same (we stayed 2 weeks in total). After the bus tours left, they didn't set the tables (you had to look for cutlery and napkins) and they didn't clean the tables anymore. Not a great service. Eggs very always cold. We were glad when we turned our backs and left for our cruise.

The room was a good size but the bathroom a bit cramped. My air-conditioning unit was dripping water all through the night, staff attempted to fix it without success. The hotel has recently been renovated as is clean with good facilities. However the walls between rooms are very thin and my neighbours woke me up at 4am making lots of noise and screaming.
