Not what was advertised.

We booked in for 3 nights, the room was outdated and needed to be renovated big time. The floors had dirt and dust every where, the tracks for the blinds had rubbish in them and hadn’t been cleaned, the doors to the fridge were hanging off and the door damaged, the room was not serviced the whole time we were there.

Great hotel..vary bad TV coverage!

Hotel was great, breakfast very good, but lot of food items cold but service great and good food variety of Western, some Chinese & Indian items. BUT...TV was very bad. Only local Free to Air local channels, no CNN, BBC, etc or HBO, etc movie channels. for what accommodation rates the hotel charges, they are so stingy with not paying for cable TV service. Very bad on Managements part.

Didn’t quite meet our expectations

Stayed here for a quick stopover. As other reviews have mentioned the hotel has a lovely lobby but the rooms are extremely dated. The mattresses were also not comfy and the springs could be felt. The breakfast was good and the service at the buffet was excellent.

Good position for travel options, obliging and courteous staff. Great room, comfortable bed. Good breakfast selection and a 7/11 attached for incidentals. Only downfall is that they only clean rooms after 3 nights. Consequently bins were overflowing after our 2nd night so we had to request they be emptied. Give them their due they did give the room a clean at this point. This is a 4 star hotel and although I understand their theory that it will help to save the environment, in practice I think they've cut back too far.
