i would definitely stay here again. Great hotel. I walked the area and found a couple of fantastic malls, about a 15 min walk away. Lots of food and stores. Plus the metro is below the mall too. Staff was extremely friendly and the hotel is very clean. The breakfast buffet was wonderful.

The real difference between this property and any other in Singapore is the staff. They are sensational! From the bell boys at the front right up to the staff in the lounge we were always greeted with a warm welcome and they went out of their way every time to make us feel special. I would strongly recommend this hotel to anyone coming to Singapore. A special mention for professionalism and their willingness to always help goes to Glenn, Sabrina, Anand and Zoe in the lounge and Suren and Dinesh for their great work at front of house. I have already booked my next stay here. Novotel, you have recruited excellently!

The service from all the staff was incredible and humbling. From management to cleaners, everyone made us feel at home and attended to our need which made our holiday special and memorable. The service afforded to us during our stay was always with a smile and nothing was a problem. Special mentions to Thava, Danial, Marcus and team @ Dinning, Sheryl, Filipino Mama and everyone that we came into contact with, a huge bouquet to you all. Thank you for your generosity and hospitality. The service provided by the staff for us was phenomenal which made the physical aspect of this review a distant second as personally my belief where ever i go, it is always about the people. Without people there is no soul in a place, there is no life. I can say with confidence that the staff are amazing different cultures working in harmony with each other.
