Very nice location that is walkable to most major sites. MRT is also next door. The hotel was nice and welcoming but the rooms could do with some upgrades. Furniture is dated and carpets in the hallway are not exciting to look at. There was some mold on the back of the bathroom door and top of the sink. As well our room faced the wall of a shopping mall which was disappointing considering how much the room cost.

Lovely hotel; staff were really friendly and helpful. We had a premier king room with balcony; the room was spacious and well supplied with everything you might need. The bars and restaurants of Clarkes Quay are close by. Easy access to boat and bus tours so a good place to stay if you want to make the most of Singapore. Would definitely stay again.

The location was very good. Close to the canal and all the restaurants. Our room had a moldy (damp) smell. Didn't like that we were told no outside food in the pool area. brought in a Subway sandwich and was told to remove it.

Most things were excellent from check in to extended check out. The only two niggles were the time it took for hot water to appear from the taps and shower, and then fluctuate a lot, to the annoying fact that the curtains do not close across the window, allowing potential to see in, and the sun appearing very early in the morning.

Uncomfortable mattress and pillows, AC blows right at the bed, strange smell in the room, staff ok, ordered in room dining and it was the worst I’ve had in Singapore. Staff members also tried entering my room while I had it on do not disturb.
