if the overall impression is good, I have a reservation about the minibar in the room. Few months ago, I checked into the same hotel and in the check out, after I said I did not consume anything, a phone call was placed to the mini bar watch on te floor to check whether I lied or not Someone must have complained =it was not me- and this time, I was not asked the fatal question but instead asked to wait. the same phone call and the negative, then I was handed my bill as a teacher to a good pupil The manager, during my stay, showed some kind of arrogance in his answers, e.g by being too personal, I thought I will not return to DE KOKA hotel

Dear Guest, Thank you for staying at Hotel De KOKA. It is a pleasure to see that the overall experience you had is good. Our staff must check the condition of the room and the minibar upon check out. It is not a matter of someone lying or complaining, it is just a hotel policy. We are sorry if you do not like the procedure but, that is the standard procedure in all hotels. The manager is there to further help the staff and welcome the guests and it is a bit surprising to us to hear that he was arrogant because he always tries to welcome the guests and make their stay as great as possible. Hotelli oli siisti ja tilat uusittu. 👍 Erittäin hyvällä paikalla nähtävyyksiin nähden. Häiritsevää oli iltaisin läheltä kuuluva musiikin jumputus. Pulut olivat pesiytyneet johonkin hotellin katon tajaan. Pulujen äänet kuuluivat tosi selvästi huoneeseen.

Sijainti todella hyvä. Standard huone tosi pieni, vilkkaan parkkipaikan ja kadun äänet kuuluivat huoneeseen. Sähky aivan kamala, lastulevystä tehty kehikko nitisi ja natisi joka kerta kun käännyt. Patja OK, yksi iso parivuoteen peitto. Sängyn reunat niin terävät, että niihin löi jalkansa helpolla. Kylpyhuone iso, siisti ja toimiva, mutta ovi oli outo. Se oli 4:llä kaapin saranalla kiinni ja sisäpuolella ei ollenkaan kahvaa. Aamaishuone liian pieni. Aamiainen ihan ok. Yleiset tilat hienot ja siistit. Henkilökunta palvelualtis ja ystävällinen. Kuljetuspalvelu toimi hyvin hotellin kautta lentokentälle ja kaukaisiinpiin nähtävyyksiin.

Isohko huone, siivous ja pyyhkeiden vaihto päivittäin, lakanat vaihdettiin joka toinen päivä. Aamupala melko perustasoinen, mutta hyvinkin riittävä.
