Dear Guest, Thank you for staying at Hotel De KOKA. It is a pleasure to see that the overall experience you had is good. Our staff must check the condition of the room and the minibar upon check out. It is not a matter of someone lying or complaining, it is just a hotel policy. We are sorry if you do not like the procedure but, that is the standard procedure in all hotels. The manager is there to further help the staff and welcome the guests and it is a bit surprising to us to hear that he was arrogant because he always tries to welcome the guests and make their stay as great as possible.
