Hotel in Sofia

Taxi drop off was a long walk on uneven surfaces. Lobby was very nice. Help at restaurant was bad. Server was very rude. Made us feel like we were bothering him by entering to have lunch. Wine bottle that we ordered had turned sour. Probibsky due to poor storage. Hotel room was akward with different level and hard to understand lighting. No fan in bathroom. Fitness was mediocre.

First off, i picked this place becasue of location. IMO best location. I have stayed at this hotel 5 times in the last ten years. it seems to me, with every stay, the place looks worse and offers less than before. New ownership etc. Used to be the best in town and now it has that old musty hotel odor. Will i stay here next time , i come to Sofia, most likely..
