Clean room with comfortable beds. Hotel is in a convenient location. Front desk was super helpful to resolve our only issue for parking. At check in we weren't told we are automatically charged to park, so we paid for parking in the garage that was unable to be canceled. The young lady who assisted in the morning was helpful and removed the hotels parking fee to offset. Has a bar with restaurant on site that was open until midnight. They have a large selection for breakfast that is available to purchase and have a coffee shop on site.

Great bed! Comfy and enjoyed the king size. Water for showers was HOT. Would not recommend leaving children unattended in the tub. $28 a night for parking (only available in the garage, unless you find street parking somewhere). Room was ok clean, but there was hair in the shower that wasn't ours. Skipped the minimum $10 breakfast, Starbucks is in the cafe entrance though. We stayed for a concert in the Spokane arena. About a 10-15 minute walk, going through Riverfront Park.

I’ve stayed at this hotel many times. They’re in the process of renovating the hotel and both restaurants you really couldn’t tell. We were on the 15th floor we had no noise a late check out and a great breakfast.
