Quite good except for 2 things: 1. A proper desk chair for the desk in the room would have been much more appreciated than a stool. 2. Lack of breakfast options: the sit-down restaurant doesn't open till 11 am, and the cafe in the lobby only sells sweet pastries in the morning; plus there aren't really any proper breakfast spots within walking distance despite the hotel being more or less downtown.

We got a room to check out the new JAG Soundhouse. It was a magnificent experience, the new building is beautiful and very unique and the dining / cocktail experience was wonderful. The only complaint I have is that the Vallee parking was sold out and we had to park in a parking garage about 2 blocks down which was very inconvenient as we had bags with us and had to roll them down the road to the hotel. Usually in winter, we have a lot of snow and it would have been increasingly difficult and not so fun. Overall, a wonderful experience and will go back there!

Overall great experience, minus the bit of attitude from a guy at the beginning talking about parking ~ he was on a bit of a high trip and I did find him rude. He needs to learn you can talk to people and your customers in a better manner!! … other guy there with him was lively, so mannerly and helpful ~ maybe he could learn from him!! A beautiful hotel and would stay there again. 😌

We had a fantastic experience all-around at the JAG. Efficient & friendly check-in, and they even upgraded our room. The decor is fun & funky, the room amenities were outstanding, and the location was superb. We were very impressed also with the Exile bar/restaurant. They had a lot of Gluten-free choices for both food & beverages. We will be back!
